Set on Yamba hill and one of only three townhouses in the complex, this attractive property combines a welcome sense of privacy with an excellent location. Main Beach, Convent Beach and Pippi Beach are all within a pleasant walk, making it easy to enjoy the best of Yamba’s coastline.
Arranged over three thoughtfully planned levels, the townhouse offers generous accommodation and lovely elevated views. On the top floor, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opens onto two balconies overlooking the town, Pippi Beach and the distant coastline towards Angourie. These are delightful places to enjoy a quiet breakfast, catch the afternoon breeze or watch the light change over the sea.
The middle level is devoted to the bedrooms. The main bedroom has its own ensuite, while two further bedrooms share the principal bathroom. A laundry and paved courtyard are also conveniently located on this floor.
On the lower level, the entrance hall leads to a single lock-up garage, providing secure and easy parking.
