Everything. Awesome location and so beautifully appointed and very well contained. Multiple living spaces for our family and the perfect courtyard for our pup. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We have rebooked.

completely enclosed and secure for the dogs
at 3am both fire alarms started to go off and continued every 5 minutes until we pulled them out

You couldn't fault the location, directly across from the beach and a short 15 min walk into Yamba. The house itself had plenty of room with a number of seating areas and alfresco eating areas.
For a house that accommodates 6+ people it only had one bathroom. We had a roster for showers and if 2 people needed the toilet you had to go downstairs. I think a second bathroom would make this house a 10.
