Sunnyvale 2 caters for all your holiday needs with an open planned air-conditioned kitchen, living/dining area. Two good-sized
bedrooms, both offering fans and robes to ensure you of a comfortable stay. The combined bathroom/laundry provides a shower, vanity, top loader washing machine and separate toilet.
This comfortable, affordable, lowset, 2-bedroom unit has all the amenities you need plus the convenience of being centrally located.

* Linen is NOT supplied at this property. You will need bring your own linen including towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba
* We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
* Small dogs are permitted inside. No backyard. When booking, you must put down breed of dog in the special requests section. Guests are responsible for their pets' actions and additional charges will apply if property is left dirty or damaged.
* NO Wifi.

Great location in between town and pippies beach. The unit is very basic but functional. Had a top loader washing machine, no dishwasher, only one air conditioner at the front of the property so the bedrooms were hot! Shower is in the laundry which is fine. Main issue was the toilet smelt like a rank men’s public toilet despite every effort to clean it. Had to keep the door shut at all times. Needs to be fixed!

Old dump . clean. broken door and light bulbs blown . Ugly dwelling. Photos of house must have been taken years ago
Yamba shuts down at 6pm EST. Hard to find anywhere for coffee or food. Reminds me of Melbourne in the 70s
