Nice place; newly refurbished with clean floors, nice bed, new appliances and new bathroom. Check in was smooth and well coordinated. The only downside is the neighborhood, while safe and very close to Niagara Falls State Park, isn't the most lovely. But there is a decent Mediterranean cafe close by.

Niagara Falls State Park was conveniently close, literally within a 15/20 minute walk. The cozy apartment was just the right size for me and my wife.

Specifically speaking of the micro apartment, it was very nice. Communication was outstanding. The place is very cute. My only complaint would be the couch. It was like sitting on a board. The place was very clean. The steps were a lot but we knew that going in. The neighborhood is shady and seemed to be all throughout the area. A lot of boarded up houses and overgrown lots. You can walk to the falls from here but them steps are a killer when you get back!

Location was not the best, definitely does not sleep for, could use an extermination for the water bugs in the bathroom and spiders in the one bedroom. Couch is not comfortable. Maybe you are looking for a landing spot for one night this will accommodate you.
