Our stay was very comfortable and was close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place!

Comfy House for Price, But...

Close to grocery & work location. Also local sites were easily walked, would've been better during better time of year.

Neighborhood is run down & kind of poor area just like any other tourist trap, but house was recently painted & updated. Had a mouse in the house after finding my box of donuts had a hole in top with a bunch of shaving & droppings, which I messaged host but received no response other than wanting to know if I was checking out earlier then agreed on my last day. Didn't like that I had to keep switching sides of street for parking, $25 fine if caught on wrong side. Didn't have any issues with people messing or damaging car.

Non posso assegnare più di 6,5. Booking permette solo voti interi;) L’appartamento si trova in un contesto molto caratteristico, tipico di queste zone. Le dotazioni sono sufficienti per un breve soggiorno e per massimo due persone. In casa non c’è un vero e proprio tavolo ma tre mini tavolini richiudibili e nessuna sedia (solo il divano due posti)… Niagara Falls spettacolari, Michelin direbbe: vale iil viaggio!

Hospitality molto comunicativo prima del check in, poi sparito! Abbiamo chiesto un letto da campeggio visto che la prenotazione era per tre adulti e il divano non utilizzabile per dormire, nessuna risposta!!! Vi era solo un letto matrimoniale con due cuscini e un solo piumone, abbiamo patito il freddo!

Хорошие, атмосферные апартаменты, в шаговой доступности от водопада. Вай-фай слабоват, но достаточен. Удобная регистрация. Вход по кодовому замку. Просто найти. Фотографии полностью соответствуют интерьеру. Соотношение цена качество 10 из 10.

Мы считаем, что в апартаментах с кухней просто обязан быть обеденный стол, хотя бы небольшой и два три стула. Ни на фотографиях ни в реальности этой мебели нет, хотя в описании про нее говорилось. Ну и главный минус! Мы жили в комнате 3а бронировали на троих, нам был предоставлен раскладывающийся диван на котором можно уложить только восьмилетнего ребенка. И он очень очень жесткий!!! Нам бы очень хотелось, чтобы хозяин апартаментов поспал бы на нем хотя бы одну ночь!!!

Du bien et du moins bien

Emplacement pratique pour accéder aux chutes. L'appartement est bien configuré. La propreté ne souffre d'aucune critique. Le parking est gratuit et il y a de la place sans soucis (quand on a compris qu'il faut changer de côté de stationnement tous les jours). C'est un luxe à Niagara falls !

L'appartement n'était pas prêt pour 3 personnes. Il a fallu appeler plusieurs fois et envoyer plusieurs messages toute l'après-midi pour obtenir des draps. Nous n'avons pas eu la couverture manquante. Le quartier n'est pas terrible, mais nous n'avons pas eu l'impression d'insécurité décrit dans d'autres commentaires. Il n'y a aucune chaise, ce qui n'est pas pratique quand on utilise le sofa comme lit d'appoint. Pas de table non plus. Un micro-onde aurait été apprécié plutôt qu'un four.

Super Ausstattung, aber schwierige Nachbarschaft

Wir haben ein Upgrade auf eine Art Doppelhaushälfte bekommen. Man ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß an den Niagara Fällen. Die Ausstattung ist modern und chic.

Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr herunter gekommen und merkwürdige Menschen halten sich dort auf. Ein paar Häuser gehören noch zu diesem Vermieter, die sind alle ok. Der Rest ist leerstehend und/oder abgewrackt ... Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig.
