Comfy Micro Apartment 1BR 1 Bath close to the falls

This really is a 2 bedroom apartment - 1 queen bed and the sofa bed is a bit larger than a twin. The sofa bedroom door does not close, so has less privacy, but we were able to comfortably have separate rooms. The hosts also answered text messages quickly when there was an issue getting in the door - thank you! Well stocked kitchen too.

There was no WiFi! Or if there was, no information was provided and the hosts did not respond to requests for access instructions. No dining table either if you wanted to sit and eat dinner. Neighborhood is a little sketchy, but so close to the falls it's hard to complain and I never felt unsafe. Would recommend walking with a friend back home at night.

The pictures are accurate to what the property looks like and they did a good job in updating the apt itself. The kitchen was fully stocked with different appliances if needed. I appreciated the multiple towels and hand towels they supplied. They had two air conditioning units which was also appreciated. The location is very close to everything and most definitely in walking distance if you’re up for that. It’s right across the street from the casino, gas station, and dunkin which was great. The street parking was free and more than enough space to always park in front of the house.

The door entering the house before going up the stairs to the apt needs to be fixed. Trying to lock and unlock it was a nightmare. You had to apply incredible force to pull the door up and to the door frame so that the deadbolt would actually lock and unlock correctly. It was a major inconvenience coming and going. I also assumed incorrectly when I read there would be shampoo and body wash in the shower as I was faced with a half empty 2 in 1 bottle. Also the lights in the stairway were randomly on and off and I’m not sure how they’re controlled but we were faced using our phone flashlights to see sometimes.

Le dotazioni sono sufficienti per un breve soggiorno e per massimo due persone. In casa non c’è un vero e proprio tavolo ma tre mini tavolini richiudibili e nessuna sedia (solo il divano due posti)… Niagara Falls spettacolari, Michelin direbbe: vale iil viaggio!

Hospitality molto comunicativo prima del check in, poi sparito! Abbiamo chiesto un letto da campeggio visto che la prenotazione era per tre adulti e il divano non utilizzabile per dormire, nessuna risposta!!! Vi era solo un letto matrimoniale con due cuscini e un solo piumone, abbiamo patito il freddo!

Emplacement pratique pour accéder aux chutes. L'appartement est bien configuré. La propreté ne souffre d'aucune critique. Le parking est gratuit et il y a de la place sans soucis (quand on a compris qu'il faut changer de côté de stationnement tous les jours). C'est un luxe à Niagara falls !

L'appartement n'était pas prêt pour 3 personnes. Il a fallu appeler plusieurs fois et envoyer plusieurs messages toute l'après-midi pour obtenir des draps. Nous n'avons pas eu la couverture manquante. Le quartier n'est pas terrible, mais nous n'avons pas eu l'impression d'insécurité décrit dans d'autres commentaires. Il n'y a aucune chaise, ce qui n'est pas pratique quand on utilise le sofa comme lit d'appoint. Pas de table non plus. Un micro-onde aurait été apprécié plutôt qu'un four.
