Comfortable and super convenient.

The house was clean and spacious. We had four adults, and we all were able to have our own bed and spread out. The location was close to the falls, which was perfect because we were able to go back after the Maid of the Mist to change clothes and relax a bit before going back out. It was also right down the road from some good breakfast places, so that was convenient. As for the reviewer that expressed concerns about the neighborhood: honestly, we also had the same concerns when we arrived. However, we found the neighborhood to be very quiet. There was no commotion (sirens, parties, etc.) all three nights we were there. No one bothered us or our car. The homes are older and a little run down. It is a diverse, working-class community. Manage your expectations. You're getting a whole house with four beds for a great price. Other options offer a 2-bedroom apartment, and they charge you more for it. I would stay here again.

Spotty internet connection. We were able to reset it when we found out where the modem was (on top of the refrigerator), but we were without internet for a whole night, which also meant no TV. Fortunately, we all had books to read, and one person was able to hook up to her hotspot on her phone.

A scammer owns this property and steals your money.

I liked nothing about it. It was a scam. It was a rundown house in the middle of the ghetto. We were fearful as we entered the street. However we never made entry in the house as the owner never answered my call, Mr three text messages or email. The pin provided did not give access to the door and I was forced to get other accommodations. Do not stay here as it is a scam. Booking.com do better and not allow this.

Run down trashy and nothing like advertised. Also a scam as owner never responded to calls texts and emails and refused to provide access.
