Excellent, comfortable stay at the Loft. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The property is very close to the Falls, about a 20min walk to the Horseshoe Falls and close to Clifton Hill, Skylon Tower and the hotel & casino district.The property is well-appointed and whilst cozy, is more spacious than the pictures suggest. It is in a quiet area of town, so full and restful sleeps after your day at the Falls is guaranteed. The coded doorways are easy to access. We travelled in December, during a cold spell that brought snow and thankfully, the loft’s ambient temperature was perfect - not hot, not cold, just right.

There isn’t really anything negative that we can say about the property. The bathroom is a little tight but that tightness doesn’t hinder access to shower and toilet facilities. We have offered a couple of suggestions to the owner to increase the comfort but we would recommend this loft regardless. Taller people will need to keep in mind the angled ceiling such as these that you get in converted lofts - i did hit my head a couple of times. The loft is up a few short flights of stairs so be mindful with heavy luggage. Paper menus for local food delivery services (alongside the supplied maps) would be handy for international visitors who dont have access to local knowledge. Maybe even a Nespresso machine. But all these comments are suggestions and not criticism.

I thought this place was perfect, so close to all attractions, had everything we needed, best shower I've had in an air b and b and better than some hotels we have stayed in, girls if you are staying here for your complete stay , no need to bring a hair dryer, this one is fantastic , bed was comfy , space for your car included in your stay, couldn't really ask for more , to very happy people ,

Location location location

Loved the location. On a residential street,Hiram.Easy walking distance from all the attractions and the W ego hop on/off bus had a stop right next to Perkins. We stayed upstairs in the loft, quite roomy. You were away from the Clifton hill madness but close enough too. Quiet. Nice sky lights. They had everything even toothpicks. Would go back there for sure.

Something or someone kept setting off the fire detectors. No fires. At least we knew they worked!

A stay as great as the location

The location was great, it only took us 10 minutes walk to get a perfect view of Niagara falls, and an extra 5 minutes to jump on the boats. The beds were very comfy and the room was very quiet - probably the best nights sleep we've had on our holiday. The rooms were clean and we had plenty of storage, had all the amenities we needed. Temperature of the rooms were just right, and if it was too hot, we had airconditioning. The staff were very helpful and the key system is very convinient.

There isn't anything I'd complaint about, there's some wear and tear from previous careless guests. The only thing I'd recommend is that the final door to the loft apartment should be sanded down as the door can be quite difficult to pull open.

The location. It’s within an easy stroll of the falls and all the tourist amenities. Quiet street with ample parking.

Access was a bit poor, having to scale 4 flights of stairs to the accommodation. Being 70 struggling with 2 heavy suitcases was tough. Maybe this should have been covered in the property description. Sadly, if I’d have known I would have found alternative accommodation. The apartment was adequate but showed signs of age with basic amenities. As we were only there for 2 days it was sufficient for our needs.

The perfect place for one night in Niagara falls.

Location is just PERFECT!!! I arrived on foot from USA and it's just next to the bridge. The house is very cute and clean. The shower works soooo well!!! The neighbourhood is also great, out of all the super touristic aves.

There is no proper kitchen but you have to make coffee, toasts and a microwave. Water has to be taken from the bathroom but that's not a big deal.

Good stay in handy location.

This BnB is a bit quirky but it works, and is convenient location just on the edge of the main tourist area and conccrions to the wego bus system. The owner is very responsive on messages when we had questions.

We didnt understand at first that the entrance door is on the side of the house. Also note as described in listing there are lots of narrow stairs inside. We knew this before booking but writing here so others know too. The kitchenette area is more like a motel so no dedicated sink etc.

Excellent place to stay

Perfect for a couple, convenient location very close to Rainbow Bridge, great parking, easy walk to sidewalk that goes along the river to the falls. Clifton Hill is also very close and walkable 100% would stay here again. Host quickly answered my question - so glad we stayed here . Loft is very cute and unique- loved it!

Good location close to attractions. Convenient allocated parking behind property included. Own entrance to side of house. Can glimpse Falls from window!

Narrow steep stairway to top floor loft. Ok for us but anyone elderly or who has difficulty walking would struggle. Wasn't easy to carry cases in. No sink in kitchen area so all water and washing up in bathroom sink. Quite a few of the electrical sockets had been taped over!

Great location for Falls stopover.

Location. Very easy walk to the falls. Parking availability. Spacious. Eclectic , if you like that kind of thing. Owner very receptive to questions . Might be helpful to better identify various entrances access.

Kitchen facilities … no sink. Difficult to wash any dishes for example. Access via narrow, 3 flights steep stairs , difficult in the dark with a suitcase.

This would not be our first choice.

The bed was comfortable. It had plenty of space and it was very clean.

There was NO COFFEE !!!! HUGE disappointment - who drinks instant coffee ?? “Top floor loft”. Did not expect 5 sets of stairs. We couldn’t even get our luggage up. So narrow. Also, the light at the top of the stairs did not work and you couldn’t see the code pad to enter the code. Touting this as a “falls view” is really stretching it.

Easy access to the apartment upon arrival. Easy parking. Easy walking distance to the falls and local attractions. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was really nice to have some bottled water in the refrigerator!

The surrounding houses are a bit sketchy. If I were a female alone at night I would be uncomfortable. A Keurig in the unit with some coffee pods would have been nice. There was some instant coffee available but it's just not the same.

The property is so close to everything once we parked the car we were able to walk everywhere…. This location is located on a quiet dead end street…. I can’t wait to stay here again

Günstige Lage, Parkplatz Inklusive! Weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuss und man ist Mittendrin, im Partyzentrum von Nagara, Grenzübergang zur USA in Sichtweite, mit entsprechender ESTA kann man, zu Fuss, die USA-Seite der Niagarafälle erkunden! Seperater Gästezugang!

Jeden Nachmittag Disko im Haus, (sehr lautes Radio / TV), Freitag bis 22.00 Uhr, Samstag bis 22.30 Uhr! Wer die Vergnügungsmeile Besucht, den Stört das nicht! Enger Gästezugang!

Très proche des chutes tout en ayant l’impression de ne pas être dans la cohue touristique. Quartier résidentiel paisible et charmant. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits.

Tout!!! Absolument Tout était parfait! Le confort, l’espace, la propreté,… tout! On s’est super bien situé à pieds de tous. Sinon même un bus passe devant la bâtisse. Fidèle à la description même encore mieux..
