Spacious and Modern Sea Side - Pass the Keys

Lovely location, modern and well set out apartment. Bright and airy, spacious.

No welcome pack or book about property and surrounding area. Parking information would be helpful, you can park on the street for free (the car park at the back is expensive and not necessary). WiFi was very hit and miss, which affected the TV and ability to access channels. WiFi code - you need to magnifying glass to read. Unfortunately the appearance of the downstairs apartment doesn’t portray how lovely the upstairs apartment is.

Schlüssel waren in einer Schlüsselbox hinterlegt, sodass man leicht in die Wohnung kam. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und es war sehr sauber. Tolle Lage, da nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand (Steine / Kies), in die Innenstadt des wunderschönen Städtchens mit vielen Geschäften, zu Bäcker und Supermärkten.

Leider war die Spülmaschine schon bei der Ankunft defekt und trotz einer ganzen Woche Aufenthalt konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden. Der Herd ist sehr langsam und eine Platte lässt sich gar nicht mehr in der Einstellung regulieren. Zudem ist die Lüftung im Bad defekt. Bei dem Preis war das alles in allem sehr enttäuschend für uns, da wir auch eine ganze Woche dort gewohnt haben. Die Parkplatzsuche war auch zeitaufwändig, da alle Straßen voll geparkt waren. Am Ende haben wir immer auf der Straße um die Ecke etwas finden können. DIrekt vor der Tür waren zwei Ladestationen für Elektro-Autos. Den muffigen Geruch im Eingangsbereich und den Rauch der Nachbarn unten drunter haben wir auch gerochen. Auch bei geschlossenem Fenster, da diese nur einfach verglast sind. Störend waren die vielen Möwen, die nachts zwischen 3 und 4 Uhr angefangen haben, Lärm zu machen.

Location was great and the flat was good inside. Beds were a bit soft but comfortable and everything was clean.

The outside of the building doesn't look great and the entrance and hallway are damp and the wallpaper is peeling. There were no toiletries whatsoever. We eventually found a sachet of hand and body soap which was meant to be wall mounted I think but this was quite poor. No shampoo, conditioner etc.
