This apartment is small but functional and seems to be privately owned but in a hotel so it had a hotel feel. It had a lovely big balcony. It has a pool which has an excellent pool bar which serves food and drinks all day with a beautiful view. Quick walk into town either side. We stayed with our 8 month old baby and there were some issues getting a cot but they did their best to sort it out for us and so it all worked out.
Nothing, it was great for our small family. Just to note that there is a small space with bunk beds and then a fold out couch as the main bed in the living room/kitchen/dining room.

We loved the stunning view over the Bay of Villefanche and round to Cap Ferrat. The location is good with bus stop nearby to the centre of Villefranche, Beaulieu and beyond. The pretty beach with bar/restaurant is a short walk for those with good mobility. The swimming pool is great (but note that the bar here is closed in October).
More space would have been nice, but understand this is a studio and fine for two people.

Location and pool were great. Reasonable price. Great to have a washing machine and dryer.
Extremely small if you have luggage. No room to move. Place was not clean, bed extremely uncomfortable, slippery and dangerous shower. Ungenerous with things left in kitchen.
