Superb location for us: we watched as our friends sailed in on a cruise ship, then walked to the train station to meet them and spend the day in Nice. Car was left in parking slot, free of charge. Host was always willing to answer questions. the lift!
We needed more precise instructions as to where to park; where the actual cruise-ship port was - there are several. I missed the information on which door to open on the 5th floor. Getting undressed with only a net curtain between us and any binocular users in the port or on the street below.

The property was spacious and has interesting character. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony areas is just fabulous.
The noise from road below is the weakest feature. Comes with the location however.
