Very nice location very close to Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat and the beach. It was also close to Nice and the train station, so we were able to visit the region appropriately. It has access to swimming pool, which is excellent if you want to make sure the kids are busy swimming as you plan your day.

Superb location (despite the residence located between a road and a railway - earplugs are great in this case), easy to find, clean apartment equipped with everything for a good stay and with great views to the bay and Villefranche, very helpful hosts promptly providing all the information you may need, no problems with parking, good internet speed.
