It's a nice set up - a good kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets with a bath too. Very clean (except for the ants, see below) and comfy and quiet with easy (free) street parking outside and easy access with the lock box on the front door.
There were a lot of ants in the kitchen - I flagged that it was no problem for us as we were only staying one night, but nobody has responded to me on it to say they have received the message which I think is a little poor. Towels also smelt badly of damp which wasnt a great experience when wanting a shower after a long journey - would have been nice to have had clean smelling ones

The location was great for our needs. We liked how clean the space was and there was plenty of room for us. It was nice to have the kitchen so we could cook some of our own meals.

Excellent location, beautiful, clean laneway home. The two bedrooms upstairs were really bright and cheery. Very comfortable beds.
in the facilities description - it listed fruit being available. But there wasn't any.
the remote control for the TV didn't work very well - perhaps needs new batteries?
