The room was exceptionally clean—frequently described as spotless and cleaner than many 4-star hotels. There was a a generously stocked selection of in-room treats, including coffee pods, tea, juices, sodas, and small snacks. Myself and my husband loved this place.

Très petite chambre sans lumière naturelle, car fenêtre donnant sur rien.

Het was modern, netjes, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien, lekkere bedden, airco. Er stond water, je kon koffie en thee maken, in de badkamer stonden zeep, shampoo, bodylotion, een föhn.

The listing omits essential information. Access requires climbing 27 steep steps with no elevator, which is not mentioned and makes carrying luggage very difficult. The bedroom window opens onto a closed lightwell filled with A/C units, leaving the room with zero natural light or fresh air—another detail left unmentioned. Check-out is too early (10:00 AM). To top it off, when we messaged the owner about these issues, her response was incredibly arrogant, literally telling us that if we weren't happy, we had the right to find another accommodation in Bologna. A complete lack of hospitality and professionalism.
