Quiet despite central location. Very clean with excellent aircon. Coffee machine, fridge and kettle much appreciated. Bathroom well-equipped, some toiletries supplied. The only disappointment was that I never got to meet staff - reception was never open when I tried.

I really enjoyed staying at Casa Faccioli! I love being in the heart of the historic center and staying in a building that feels more like typical apartment living rather than a big hotel. The unit was beautifully appointed. Communication with Massimo was easy and he always responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was spotless with excellent facilities. Tastefully decorated, large spacious bathroom and ideal location. Overall an incredibly good experience.
