somewhat of rude staff at the check in counter. our room.was nice enough but be ready to not have any good night sleep, every night there was party inside hotel rooms by other guests. as there are no actual hotel staff at this hotel at any point of the night or day so it becomes a free for all. also if your renting a bike be and parked outside the main entrance where you are supposed to, be aware your bike might get move to a different spot or side of the road by the tattoo employees downstairs to park their bikes away from the sun.

An overpromised/overpriced and underdelivered place.

All in all an overpromised and underdelivered place. The room was spacious and the AC worked well. Decent location also.

- There was no hot water and when I asked the front staff they said that was a normal tempreture even though the sink water was hotter than the shower. They sent soemone to fix it but in my 7 nights stay, I ahd one night of a proper shower temprature. The front staff could not communicate in English even though I was trying hard with google translate. So, I gave up. - The Mountain view room is basically facing a street and other hotels on the other side of street and the mountain behind them. What a gross exagerration in overpricing soemthing. There are cheap dirty plastic chairs on the balcony. Nothing like they sell you on the picture. - The Wifi was very weak and spotty - The room service was sometimes done after 3:30-4:00 pm so it was hard to know how to plan the day and not to be in the room service team. Once I asked the front desk for room service as there was not enough tiolet paper in the room and they said that room service was not included in the price of stay. Only after complaining that a toilet ppaer roll is a basic necessity of a room I got a response. I changes hotel to a 2-star hotel after 7 night staying here as I extended my stay in Aonang and got far better service, facilities, shower and wifi compared to this over priced and under-delivered place. It is a good option but definitely did not worth the price!

Clean and nice but smelly

The room was overall comfortable and clean. Housekeeping changed bedding and provided fresh towels but did not actually clean the room. Good value for money, close to the main strip as well as restaurants and bars (a great Goan/Indian restaurant about a minute down the hill!)

The hotel itself is owned by another hotel in a building behind and this is where you have to check in (be warned if you have super heavy bags it’s a fairly steep hill!) There was a smell of sewage for most of our stay in the bathroom and in the lobby/restaurant/pool area. The pool was also basically in the restaurant and completely in the shade with a building the other side so we didn’t feel comfortable relaxing in swimwear by the pool.

Nice comfortable room but deffo room for improvement

The room was pleasant, bed was fine, room was on road so bit noisier but we were shattered from yours etc and slept well. The price was okay considering we booked last minute (£37.50 a night). Overall we enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location wasn’t directly near the centre, any shops or atm (15 min walk to nearest atm) nearest minimart is 10 min walk along a busy road with no pavement. We didn’t use the pool as it’s very narrow and doesn’t get any sun at all (so it’s colder too) would have booked somewhere cheaper without a pool. We got the impression that there wasn’t enough staff to deal with amount of guests, had issues with safe and had to make multiple calls to urge them to come up to look.

Prima hotel in een gezellige badplaats, aanrader!!

Prima hotelkamer, zeker voor Thaise normen. Bedden lagen heerlijk, goede warme douche, geen geluidsoverlast. Iedere dag schone handdoeken. Vanaf balkon prachtig uitzicht op ondergaande zon in zee. Ao Nang is een super gezellige badplaats met alle bijbehorende faciliteiten. Vergeet zeker de avondmarkt niet te bezoeken. Voor het hotel staan twee kleine reisbureautjes waar je tips kunt boeken. De dames waren allerliefst

Hotel ligt op loopafstand van twee stranden, maar wel ongeveer 1,5 kilometer. Dus als je slecht ter been bent is dit misschien niet handig. Inchecken doe je bij het naastgelegen hotel.

Das Kingsize-Bett mit einer super Matratze. Kostenloses Wasser und Instant-Kaffee im Zimmer.

Zimmer lag zur Straße und es war viel zu laut. Der Safe ließ sich nicht öffnen. Rezeption hatte zwar Kts aber es passierte Nix. Zimmertüren ließen sich nicht leise schließen. Licht im Badezimmer viel zu schummrig.
