Very comfortable bed!!

Very comfortable bed, one of the best I've ever slept in. Spacious room perfect for a family of 4. Location was good. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Shower was very low pressure and cold. I used Shower at all different times of the day and was the same. Very expensive for drinks but 7/11 at the end of the road and just bought drinks from there and sat outside with our own.

The staff are helpful, the room size is decent, and the internet and air conditioning work flawlessly. Requests are met by the staff.

The location is somewhat remote. The hotel room smells of dampness; the humidity problem remains unresolved. The toilet is old and needs minimal renovation. Sound insulation is inadequate.

A good budget hotel in the centre.

The reception and breakfast/food area was good. It’s nice to have a pool. There is a great coffee shop 3 minutes away and it’s not right on the strip which we preferred. The WiFi was good too. They also gave you free beach towels as and when you like, they had a free shuttle between a sister hotel on the strip and the staff were lovely.

The bathroom really ruined it for us, there was brown bits coming out of the tap, we didn’t want to use it. It was dated and needed a refresh. It didn’t drain properly so water is just everywhere.

Cozy hotel for great value

This hotel is located near a more quiet part of Krabi and the room was comfortable and clean. Initially I was checked in a room closer to the traffic but the staff were exceedingly helpful in arrange a different quieter room. Really big kudos to the staff for their help!

Mixed feelings

this hotel left mixed feelings. in terms of location it was great, we stayed for 5 nights and everything was within walking distance. the room was cleaned normally but the pool was so dirty that our 6 year old didn't want to go there.

the cleaner stole €100 from our room! we couldn't prove it but since we had all the cash in euros with us it was a big disappointment - so be very careful about what you leave in the hotel. you couldn't hear the street but you could hear what was going on in the other rooms - men with young Thai women in the next rooms - it's not child friendly to hear something like that

Near restaurants and about 15 minutes walk to the beach. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

On the main road and a distance from the beach. Luckily there is a shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Could be noisy at night with the traffic especially if the room is facing the main road.

Wow! More than happy!

Everything was on point, clean, helpful and friendly staff, cute pool, nice rooms, balcony, drinking water system - it was above and beyond for the price. We had an amazing stay.

We didn’t have warm water in the evening but the staff quickly provided us with a whole other room for us to shower in! Maybe the location was quite a walk to the Main Street and not exactly in the center but taxis are very cheap!

Great place for groups to share a room

Amazing place to stay, we extended for quite a few nights. Rooms are super clean and affordable. We had a quadruple room which was perfect for 4 people. It’s perfect when you are in a group and want a bit of break from hostels.

Clean and good rooms, very big and comfortable beds, pool was quite nice and staff were friendly.

Had a few problems with the shower where it wouldn’t stay in the holder and wouldn’t recommend eating as they fed my boyfriend a completely raw beef burger and wouldn’t refund for it

I liked the room itself, as it was clean, modern and the bed was comfy as well. Pretty solid breakfast for a 3 star hotel.

Price was decent and double room a good size

Power outage for a few hours with no communication at all, triple room was very small and air con was super loud, felt we were listening to the road but it was actually the air con! Only one room key also given so had to request a new one if going out/coming back separately

Good choice, would stay again

- room; size, standard, smell view (economy double) - kettle and fridge in the room - you can connect your phone to the TV - lift in the builiding - delicious breakfast; few hot options from the menu to choose and buffet with fruits, veggies, bread, jam, cereals - shuttle bus to and from the centre few times a day - quiet location - nice, new space with attention to details - lovely staff, always smiling and helpful

Stay with Family

Location of this hotel is 15 minutes walking distance to Ao Nang beach, lot's of restaurant within 20 minutes of walking, size of the room is reasonable for family with kids, they do have kids room next to the swimming pool, and there is 2 stall located next to hotel for you to book island hopping and also a message next door

Not enough parking space, you have to park your car by the roadside, swimming pool not really clean and kids ends up with red eye.

Lovely staff but could feel more loved!

Location is a bit out of the way from the main strip of Ao Nang which was a pro for us. Means it’s a bit further from the beach but a bit quieter. There are free shuttles to and from the other Kokotel locations which is right near the beach several times a day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was 250 baht per person if you didn’t get included with the room - there was a good range of Thai and Western stuff on offer. There was filtered water available for free and beach towels. There are some really nice restaurants nearby.

The bar was closed indefinitely which made the pool area feel a bit sad and abandoned. Photos implied the bar area was up and running. The water pressure was not great in the shower. The room smelt slightly of chlorine when we got back - not sure why - and the floor was wet in areas from the air conditioning.

Totally fine, but better options out there if you book in advance.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was helpful to have the free shuttle to the centre of Ao nang, since it is a 20 min walk to the beach.

Admittedly we booked our room last minute and so we paid a premium, but given the price we felt that they could have included a few extras. Breakfast was not included, we had to pay for water when we arrived before check-in, and after check-out they wanted to charge us 150 thb just to call a taxi. Staff were doing their best but seemed overworked and not very patient with guests.

Friendly comfort near the heart of Ao Nang

I had a nice time staying at the Kokotel Krabi Oasis. All of the staff members that I interacted with were warm and accommodating. The room was a nice size and I found the bed super comfortable. It was easy to walk to the main areas of Ao Nang.

The only thing that I didn't like was the shower. The shower head definitely should be cleaned or replaced ASAP. Also, there are a lot of families with children at this hotel which could be a bit off-putting if you're a solo traveler. I didn't personally have any issue with this but it's worth noting.

- shower in the room (the door didn't close compelety, so some water was always after taking a shower) - small, not deep swimming pool - no good zone for chilling out (maybe just a little zone, if you can call it a zone for chilling out) - a slightly overpriced price per night (but perhaps it's worth it) - location (some far from the beach)

Its around 1000m to the center and you need to walk without pacement. Swimming pool is rather poor because next to it is a big wall. The worst was you hear your neighbour behind the wall and heavy crackling of the doors

Lovely stay, highly recommend this hotel, very good value for money

Very nice hotel, we had two rooms next to each other, both were very spacious and clean. Beds and bed sheets are very comfrotable. Daily house keeping, fresh towels. Super friendly staff. Water dispenser on the corridor was very handy. 15 mins walk to town and two beaches, they also offer a free shuttle service a few times across the day.

It was central to Ao nang beach only a 5/10 min walk! Room was clean and bed was comfortable! Staff were helpful and friendly!

Friendliness of the staff, they're all smiley & accommodating. Room & bed is comfortable even small in size. A real value for money at good location.

The bathroom floor wet & cannot be dried due to the slope direction not to the scupper drain. Need housekeeping to mop. Hard to keep the bathroom dry because of the small size of the shower compartment.
