The location of the property

From the poor reception which took over 30min , no one at the reception desk to receive guest. The check in was communicated via WhatsApp very poorly. The whole place smelled of weed .

Nothing. I wouldn’t board my dog at this property

No reception. No response to queries raised either by text or phone. Totally insecure property. Check in by WhatsApp. No locking mechanism on door. Inadequate bedding and extremely high couch cushions as pillows, totally useless. No soap in sink dispenser or shower gel . No hot water on evening of arrival or on next morning when I checked out 2 days early. Strong suspicion from constant comings and goings throughout the night that rooms were being rented out on an hourly basis. A firetrap with no fire exits or provision for assembly in the event of a fire. No shops, cafes anything within walking distance.

Don’t trust them!! I lost 400€ !!

They’re SCAMMERS!! I paid 400€ for a 2 nights stay and they didn’t even let me check in! Ive ringed the bell knocked on doors texted them on WhatsApp and booking and no one answered me. Stood there for 30 mins for no reason and decided to leave. And trust no one that check you in through WhatsApp. That will lead to you ID being used to fraud and I was very uncomfortable with that.

Only use this hotel as a very last resort. They just don't seem to care.

Location was very convenient for me.

No staff on site, front door open all the time so very poor security. Door handle fell off the shower room door, handle missing from sink unit, only 2 miserly shower gel tubes for a 5 day stay. Shower was awful, hot then cold then just a drizzle you could barely get under. No cleaning or bed make up during that time. Decor very tired, light fittings loose. Need I go on...

Everything was terrible. This hotel is a complete mess — no reception, Whatsapp messages never get a reply. The bathroom basin was clogged, so when I washed my face or brushed my teeth, the water nearly flooded the room. I booked 6 nights at this hotel. Since I would be arriving in Brussels early the next morning, i booked the room a day in advance so I wouldn’t have to wait to check in. I sent a message to the number provided to let them know my arrival details — but received no response. When I finally arrived at the hotel the next day, they responded and told me check-in was at 3 PM. I explained that my booking started the day before and fortunately, they checked and eventually gave me the door code. The real nightmare began after that. The door code they gave me was valid for only one day. The next morning, my code didn’t work. I had to approach the housekeeping staff, and luckily one of them was kind enough to contact someone for me so I could get a new code. But the same thing happened again the following day, my code stopped working. And this time, my Whatsapp messages to the hotel went completely unanswered. Imagine if I had been outside and unable to get back into my own room! The only good part of my stay was the housekeeping guy — he truly went out of his way to help me get a valid code for my entire stay, unlike the official Whatsapp contact who barely responds at all.

Warm shower

Pillow was horrible, there was no one at the reception. It’s self service. I asked for the invoice over 20 times via WhatsApp and Booking.Com and still haven’t gotten it. Area is not very nice. Room was fairly clean tho, but wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. I went during a conference and paid 550 for 2 nights. Ridiculous.

It's exactly the same as the photo. Small room, nothing else. No staff or reception, He/she will only reply you when you need the code for the room lock. When you ask some other information, no reply.

An okay and tiny room for a short stop in Brussels

Clean and sufficient for a one night stay. The hotel is situated on a pleasantly calm dead-end street, on the outskirts of the city, with a bus stop connection to the center very close by. Ideal to leave the car here and travel to the center by public transport. The parking is in the backyard of the house, not too large, but we did not have a problem finding a spot there. We never met any of the staff personally, everything was communicated via messages, and in them they were very helpful albeit quite brief (in English).

The room was really tiny and there was no storage space / wardrobe, so we had to jump over our suitcases opened on the floor. The closed window was still letting through a lot of noise from the outside (neighbours, distant traffic). The sliding door to the small (but sufficient) bathroom kept opening, not sure if it was broken or we just did not solve the mystery of its mechanism :)

Basic accommodation for a few nights

Super close to ING Arena, perfect location when you attend an event nearby. Easy check-in process via whatsapp.

Since the area is quite isolated, it's hard to find a place to have breakfast nearby. There is a vending machine at the facility, but it only accepts cash. The cleaning level could be better.

Very good location, close to the Atomium as described. Parking provided. Staff very friendly. The rooms very small but also nice clean and tidy. WE enjoyed the stay and would always come back.

Proche de l'ing arena

Salle de bain étroite et problème d'évacuation d'eau, petit lavabo. Lit, coussins pas confortable et couverture très fine. On entend fort ce qui se passe à l'extérieur et j'ai été réveillée pendant la nuit par des personnes qui parlaient (criaient) dans les escaliers ( clients ou personnels). Personne pour nous accueillir

Goedkoop hotel met dito voorzieningen

Het is een goedkoop hotel met dito voorzieningen. De kamer was schoon, badkamer mag schoner zijn, maar de douche was heerlijk. Warm en krachtig water! Verder op loopafstand van Brussel Expo en Atomium. Parkeren kan achter het hotel en is gratis. Geen mensen van het hotel gezien, maar er werd wel snel via WhatsApp gereageerd.

Er is geen incheck desk, dus ook geen personeel, en ondanks dat er niet gerookt mag worden, rook ik wel sigarettenrook op de gang. Niemand die dit controleert of tegenhoudt. De klink van de badkamerdeur was los en ik las later in andere reviews op Google dat dit bij meer kamers voorkomt. En de buren hadden samen een gezellig 1 op 1 onderonsje en wij konden live meegenieten. De muren zijn dus dun en er is geen lift. Voor ons was het geen probleem, wij hadden weinig bij ons, maar als je veel spullen hebt en je zit op de 3e etage, is het misschien lastiger. Oh, en de voordeur heeft waarschijnlijk de hele nacht open gestaan, waardoor het ijskoud was, zowel op de gang als in de kamer.

Pas vu de personnels, tous se passe par message ou appel téléphonique. Il y a une télé sans raccordement à une antenne ( j’ai réclamé pour dire que la télé ne fonctionnait pas, on m’a répondu elle s’allume j’ai dit oui il m’a dit donc elle fonctionne mais on peut pas la regarder) voilà . Il y a que l’emplacement qui était bien.

Il est proche de Bruxelles expo et de Ing arena.

Aucun personnel à l’arrivé ni au départ. On devait faire nous même notre Check in avec whatsapp. C’était une avec chambre avec 2 petites pièces. La première pièce était la chambre avec un lit au milieu, avec une télé, une petite table avec 2 chaises. La deuxième était la salle de bain avec une toilette, une douche et un lavabo qui étaient tout pas très propre.

Literie pas confortable du tout, oreillers trop gros ils font mal au cou, pas de rangement même pas un simple porte manteau. La salle de bain est très petite heureusement que nous ne sommes pas très grand car là douche est minuscule et en plus de ça elle fuit. Chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas. Pas de réception vous devez envoyer un sms sur whatsap pour avoir le code de la chambre donc pas de personnel en cas de problème. Ce n’est pas une chambre qui vaut 120€ elle vaut entre 50 et 70€ PAS PLUS !! J’ai fais des hôtels dans des capitales à ce prix là et le standing n’avait absolument rien à voir ! Très déçue

A FUIR PAR TOUS LES MOYENS SI VOUS ETES UN HUMAIN

Je voyageais dans un cadre professionnel (je l'avais précisé avant mon arrivée) et il m'est impossible d'obtenir une facture de l'établissement (3 semaines après mon séjour). Cela étant dit, je n'ai pas croisé un seul être humain faisant partie du personnel. Mes codes d'accès à la chambre m'ont été envoyé par WhatsApp après que j'ai du envoyer ma pièce d'identité par WhatsApp et d'ailleurs, c'est le seul échange que j'ai eu avec eux à ce jour. J'ai tout tenté pour essayer de pouvoir avoir la réponse d'un être humain mais je ne l'ai toujours pas eu à ce jour malgré mes centaines d'appels, mes emails et après avoir appelé 2 fois le service client de Booking.com. Si je pouvais mettre une note de 0 je l'aurais fait parce que c'est juste inhumain de ne pas pouvoir croiser ou joindre un humain. Sans parler du stress engendré de devoir courir après eux comme si ils me devaient de l'argent et ne pouvaient pas me rembourser. La cerise sur le gâteau: pas de chauffage dans les chambres !!! Donc à la fin, je paye 93 € pour une nuit et c'est moi qui repars malade physiquement et psychologiquement. Si je n'étais pas censuré, j'aurais bien insulté jusqu'à votre ancêtre le plus lointain en guise de remerciement.
