Exorbitantly priced workers' hotel, when I got to the room, it smelled like smoked weed. Breakfast, at 7 in the morning, they almost had nothing left to serve, because it was sold out. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room is up to 15 square meters, honestly, my kitchen at home is bigger. The pictures on the website are made to mislead regarding the size of the room. If I slept in the car, I think it would have been better. 1 star hotel. I paid for this mess, 121 euros, In the reality, it's not even worth 40 euros

📍 Great location if you’re attending an event at ING Arena — also well connected to the city by bus, tram, or metro.
👨💼 Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff — really made a difference!
🚗 Private parking is a definite plus.
🛏️ The room was functional and everything worked fine, even if the furniture felt a bit dated.
🚪 My double room was quite small, with very limited space to move around.
🔊 Some noise from neighbouring rooms during the night.
💶 Overall, I’d rate price/quality at about 3.5/5 — a bit expensive for the amenities offered.

Nothing in particular.
The rooms are extremely small, the price is very high compared to other hotels, and the staff were not cooperative at all. I asked to cancel part of my stay because the hotel was far below expectations, but they completely refused. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

It was really easy to get to as i always drive from uk to Belgium und Germany. Trams and underground is roughly 70yds up the road so easily accessible. Lovely underground parking area behind secure doors
On suite had barely enough room to swing a dead cat. Breakfast was something different, served between 6:30-10, in 3 days I never saw anyone replenish the buffet breakfast and as we would come down at 8 there was not much left out. We spoke to another German couple on our last morning who also agreed that none of us had ever stopped in a hotel anywhere where you would have to cook your own eggs. Another grievance we had was that no one ever came to clear away the dirty crockery from the places where people had had breakfast earlier so as soon as you walked in you knew how many had been down before you. Places were still left with dirty places after we left. Maybe management is just too lazy to organise a system of work or don’t care about customers.

Located directly opposite the football stadium and therefore perfect for us. Room was good and breakfast was very good.

Relatively small hotel near the Brussel Expo area with private parking space. We stayed here for one night and visited Mini Europa. However, there is also a metro and tram station nearby, so one could also visit other parts of Brussels easily using public transort. Room surface is rather small, but comfortable enough for a couple of nights stay. Very clean, friendly staff and remarkebly quiet.
COuldn't think of anything - this hotel met our expectations.

Position , free parking , closer by Metro station
Breakfast could be more plentyful . Some people smoke on the coridor and smoke enter in the room, a smoke detector could be installed for stoping them .

The lady at the reception has been very kind and helpful.
I went to Brussels for a work trip. The wi-fi doesn't reach well the third floor so I couldn't use my laptop's or phone's WiFi connection. When telling a receptionist about that, I was dismissed without even an apology for the problem, but instead I was told that these issues are not a problem of the hotel but due to the internet provider company (unbelievable..).
There were red stains on the lift which could be blood (or tomato?). I told two receptionists about them but the following day they were still there.
My topper had a tomato-looking stain. I didn't say anything..
When I left I saw a cardboard box in a plastic bag, under my bed. I don't know how long it had been there.

Friendly staff, good connection to public transport - bus, tram and metro stations all closeby
big bed in a small room leads to very little space to move around the room.

Small but clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. Location was good, close to the metro station, concert venues and a supermarket.
Room was quite noisy, even with ear plugs in I could hear our neighbours.

People at reception are very friendly.
Good location near the metro station. Wi-Fi is not too good, but fair.
Apartment in general is far not in the best condition. If there was a small fridge that would be awesome.

I can't give my opinion because I only stayed for one night but the price was ok for the room I stayed in.. if I visit again I can give my opinion in more detail...
Everything was OK

Considering the fact that we needed to be close to Bussels Expo for our stay, the location was great as it was at walking distance from there and the Atomium. The bed was comfortable, and the lobby calm enough to chill or work.
The room was a bit too small, so was the bathroom. Location-wise, if you are looking for something close to the center, it is a bit far. There was a bit of noise at night under the building.
