It was deep frustration.

One of the staff members, Kristina, was helpful and polite.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and it was one of the worst hotels in my life. 1). The key card was often discharged and needed to be charhed 3 times per day, that was not comfortable as the reception and the hotel unit, where I stayed are located in different buildings. 2). There was no an iron and a kettle in the room. I had to go to another unit to have a cup of tea or drinking water. 3). However, the most frustrating was the day of my check-out, when there were no warm water in the shower and the staff could not provide me with opportunity to take it at time that fits me. I was deeply frustrated, all impression of Brussel and my mood was spoiled. I do NOT recommend this hotel. The price 100 euros per night is not high for Brussels but the service could be better. Especially, when it comes to things that do not require any expenses, only understanding and respect to the clinets.

Free parking its great! Very friendly staff.

Trust to visitors! I prepaid the 1 night stay via Booking, but I was enforsed to pay at the Reception! ( I disliked that assuming to 'fight' after my long travel). Later on I was surprised : extra payment was returned to my account without any complain! Great!

The light behind the door was automatic. When you moved in the bed the light turned on. So, during the night we woke up from the light several times…. The TV didn’t recieved belgian channels. I thougt Brussels was in Belgium?

The room is quite big. I got 3 single beds for 3 people. There is a fan. Bathroom is inside room and clean. I can do early check in too. The staff was friendly. There is an elevator. Hotel's location is close to the bus or metro stop. There is a kitchen inside our room, so we can cook or just make tea. Plates, glasses, spoons were also provided. The pictures of the room in this website look exactly the same as in real life.

No AC. The wifi's connection was bad. It could have been better if they provided breakfast. Tv's channels.
