Perfect budget hotel. Would stay again.

Perfect for a budget hotel. Very friendly staff and welcoming. We didn't use the breakfast but the front desk asked what time we'd like it - which was a nice touch. Room clean, hot shower, comfortable beds and bedding. Walking distance from the ING arena. Would stay here again.

Stairs are narrow and we were the top floor - difficult without a lift and large luggage. Ask for a lower room if you have large cases.

Perfect little place!

Great location Cheap Uber ride to and from Grand Place, but far enough from traffic. Train runs till midnight but you hardly notice. Such great staff delicious breakfast. Comfy beds, grest light

It was unbelievable of how bad the customer service was. I asked questions before the booking. Never got a response. I was only helped in French. Because I couldnt get hold of the hotel in any way I had to make a lot of changes and I couldnt leave with a good feeling as you supposed to have when you travel. It is also very pricey for the service you get.

Friendly staff, good location, various shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very spacious room, comfortable temperature , clean enough. Large windows and balcony.

Room definitely need a fresh layer of paint. Shower doesn't have a door and as a result you splash all over the place. The shower head is sort of broken/old and there is no flow.

Exceptional

The best hotel you can get for the quality and the price. The rooms are very spacious confortable and clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel is close to the tram and bus station so it’s really easy to go around. Plus the atomium is like 5 min walk. Nice hotel, we will stay here again when we come back to Brussels.

Hard pillows, noisy, a bit out dateted, plate of the wall broke during night and felt against my bed. I woke up I had to fix it with a chair.

Disappointing

I did a reservation for this hotel 5 months before the stay. The only room available was a triple room which was way more expensive than a normal room (for 1 person), but it was the only one. I payed the bill upfront to make sure it couldn't be double booked or whatever. On the check in at the hotel the room looked fine. I went out of the hotel for business and when i came back they moved my stuff to an other room (single room) without asking me If I agreed. The reason they did it was they double booked the room and needed it for someone else (the one I reserved and payed upfront) I did not make a huge point of it because I only came there for a sleep and did not needed the extra beds. I made clear this is fine bud there should be a recalculation of the cost for the stay. At the check out I asked about the recalculation and the simple answer from them was “I am sorry but there is nothing we can do with the price, maybe if you come in the future for an other stay we can see if we can get you a discount”. If this is how you treat your guests, rooms reserved 5 months upfront fully paid and than move the guest to an smaller room without asking if the agree and than even no compensation at all.

most of the places were full that day I was able to find a place in that hotel and they were very helpful.

The lady in the reception was so kind that they offered me a free coffee when I didn't have time for breakfast. They were so helpful that they helped me to find a parking spot.

I didn't have any towels in my room. I didn't have time to ask if it was a mistake or if it wasn't supposed to be there. Anyway most probably they would give me one if I had asked

very small rooms, not enough toilet paper for one night stay, next to the busy road - noisy whole night, too hot in the room
