Maisonnette de charme

Lovely little cottage, well equipped and comfortable. Located in a gated community, with plenty of parking. There is a supermarket near by, allowing to stock up on the essentials. You really need a car to get there. There is not much in immediate vicinity, but a very good base for local sightseeing.

Unfortunately you may need to share cottage with some uninvited guests - ants. There was quite a lot in the kitchen area and by/n the bin. We had to make sure to clean before making a meal and straight after, and this is something we would normally do anyway, but the ants would just show up from nowhere, all the time. I know it is a hard control, and the owners did provide insect spray, but we didn’t want to use it around food. There must be a more permanent way get rid of them.

L’appartamento indipendente è veramente comodo e tranquillo, circondato da un bel giardino dove ci si può rilassare. La zona è molto silenziosa e sicura, perfetta per riposare. Gli spazi sono ampi e l arredamento è tutto nuovo. Ci sono tutti i comfort possibili, anche aria condizionata e tapparelle elettriche. Parcheggio condominiale comodissimo. Mélanie e Patrice sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Struttura davvero ottima.

Les propriétaires sont gentils, à l’écoute, généreux…L’endroit est calme, la maisonette très bien entretenue, moderne, avec un espace de détente exceptionnel au niveau de la terrace!!

Tout était parfait!

We agree with all the other positive reviews; very friendly owners; everything about the apartment is very nice and fully met our expectations; we especially liked the AC given the hot weather and also the screen on the terrace bedroom door.

Be aware that there is no sign for the apartment; it’s located in a small gated community named Bastides de Bois Fleurs (this sign is located at the gated entrance).
