Mas Roseland

Nathalie was waiting for us to show us the apartment. She was very friendly. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything we need, very well equiped, every detail is taken care of for you to have a pleasant stay. It's so cute and nicely decorated, that you just want to stay forever. The kitchen has everything, you can cook breakfast or even a meal. The terrace is just perfect, with a gorgeous view towards Saint Paul de Vence, we could even watch the drones show on Saint Claire town celebration! The washing machine is something to thank for! Also there's a sun shade, beach towels and even a beach bag for you to take to the beach. It really makes going to the beach easier, thanks for that too! One day we had a problem with the toilet and they got it solved in the same day. Our overall experience was excellent, totally recommend this place and its host.

Of course there's always room for an improvement. And I think in this case it's the air conditioning. There is AC in the kitchen area and in the master bedroom. I think it would be nice to have one AC in the second bedroom as well. We stayed there in terribly hot days at the beginning of August. Also the shower is not very comfortable, as the shower head is not attached to the wall, you have to leave it down while you put the shampoo in your hair.

Location was beautiful, short walk to St Paul. Apartment was spacious with all the facilities we needed.

It is not possible to stay at this location without a car (supermarkets are too far away to walk to). We expected off-street parking as advertised in Booking.com, but building work meant we needed to park on the busy, narrow road outside. This should have been notified to us in advance, or the hosts could have given-up their own parking spaces. Also, the building work meant it was quite noisy during the day. If we had known this was the case we would not have booked this accommodation.

We supplied our own breakfast but the hosts left us a bottle of wine. The location was great, only a short walk to St Paul de Vence.

The only problem we had was there were no fly wires on any windows , so the house was full of mosquitoes if you wanted some fresh air.
