Charming mazet in a quiet property with independent access fully air-conditioned. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and two bunk beds 90x190, wardrobe and closet (possibility of adding a cot), a living room with sofa and bench, wardrobe, TV, wifi, d "kitchenette consisting of a plate 2 halogen fireplaces, sink, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery provided
Bathroom with 170x80 bath and toilet. Towels provided

Very cute rustic Mazet, suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Good location, easier if you have a car. Facilities very basic but the lovely house owners will offer anything you may need. Hosts are fantastic and worth the stay itself! Pool very clean and great temperature. Hosts left us to it. Own parking space outside Mazet.

Thank you so much to Mado and Guy for our memorable stay in St-Paul-de-Vence. Property is as advertised, spotless and was ideal for our young family. The pool was lovely after a hot (and sweaty!!) day exploring the Côte d’Azur, the pool area itself is clean, spacious and private. Mado often popped out to say hello but otherwise left us to your own devices. Location is ideal and you can drive to most places within 40minutes and it’s around an hour from Monaco. Mado and Guy are genuinely lovely people and made us feel really welcome and we felt very comfortable making the place our own for the week. They had family staying with them for a few days during our stay and invited us to have an aperitif and a chat with them which was a lovely gesture. (Hi to Cammy, Alex and their daughter! 👋) Again, we were made to feel very welcome, and they gave us restaurant recommendations and helpful general local info. The outdoor area has a bbq which we used a few times during our stay and is a nice little sun trap to catch the last of the days sunshine. We had a very late flight back to the UK on our last day and Guy and Mado kindly let us use the pool for most of the day which we really appreciated and helped us keep the kids happy in the heat until it was time to get going. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely tell people about this little spot and hopefully return one day!! Thank you!! Regards Claire, Andrew, Theo and Emmy!

My family and I were really looking forward to arriving in Nice for some relaxation by a swimming pool and outdoor space and hoped that we could walk or bicycle into town. Unfortunately,the property was not in Nice, but in a small town near Nice. Further than we thought. We were expecting a private house and pool and house equipped with washing machine. The house was next-door to the owners house and the pool was in the owners yard so it was not part of the house we rented. There was no washer and dryer, it was in the owners house. Mezet means small house, but this house was extremely small! The kitchen was about 4’ x 4’, with no oven. The owner was kind enough to do our laundry in her washing machine. The house was not very clean and it didn’t look like it was kept up very well. There was a used washcloth in the kitchen and an old bar of soap in the bathroom. There were spiders and a very musty smell inside the living area. The AC did clear out some of the smell and worked well. There was a small outdoor area for us to reside in. we were allowed to use the pool, but it was dirty and cold. This location would’ve been good for a quick overnight stay but we had it for five nights and it was not what we were looking for in a vacation home. We thought we’d have a lot more outdoor space and privacy. The owner was extremely kind, but the property description was misleading, and we were disappointed.

We had a very good experience here. It was our first vacation outside Belgium with our 2 kids (3,5y and 6,5y). The welcome was very good, the house was little (but we knew that) but clean. We had everything we needed. The pool is in the garden of the owners, but they respect your privacy. It didn’t bother us en they let us be. If we should needed something, we always had the possibility to ask. Our first vacation was a succes. Thank you!

First, the hosts are just lovely. Kind and accepting of our poor French language skills :-) Just the nicest people. The location is amazing. Just 10 minutes from historic St. Paul De-Vence (which shouldn’t be missed!). The pool is well maintained and is the perfect temperature. 5 min to the grocery store, 20 min to the beach. While basic, everything you need for a relaxing downtime including A/C is there.

This is the perfect place to stay and discover this beautiful region. The house is small but has everything you need and the swimming pool is amazing. But what made this holiday so exceptional is how welcome we felt by Mado and Guy and their family. They are such wonderful people. They took the time to share all the information they had about which places to visit and where we could eat the best food. But above all, they made us feel we're part of the family. They made this short holiday something to remember and we can't wait to return for another vacation.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Guy and Mado's property with our two young children. The pool was perfect, the accommodation was tidy, clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for trips to the coast, the mountains, the local towns and there is a supermarket just five minutes away by car. We would highly recommend this property. Guy and Mado are lovely people, they were very helpful prior to and during our visit, very approachable and friendly with us and our children. Thank you for accommodating us Guy and Mado, and we hope to come and stay again soon!

Had the pleasure of staying here for a week in August 2018 I would give 10 stars if possible! Great location with plenty of shops in the area. Short drive to St Paul-De-Vence which is great. The accommodation was big enough for the four of us with everything we needed. Nice airport was only about a 25 minute drive away. The pool is fantastic, really looked after and quite large. Guy and Mado are really welcoming and were always on hand to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this place to my family and friends and we are hoping to return soon. Had the pleasure of staying for 6 days at the annex of Guy and Mado. Our family of 4 needed some days at the Riviera, yet with the possibility of enjoying some quiet and comfort away for the busy life at the Riviera itself. That was what we got - to the full! You rarely meet more hospitality and feelings of being welcomed and in the right place. A stay at this place can only get the warmest recommendations from here. We enjoyed the Riviera and at the same time the quiet surroundings (and the pool) of the annex by Guy and Mado.

The rental was absolutely marvelous as were Madu and Guy. The property was immaculate, the surrounding gardens were beautiful and wow the pool so inviting. We really enjoyed our week in the area and would highly recommend it. Madu and Guy were great hosts, the tour of the area when we arrived was very helpful, and the cold bottle in the fridge was very welcome that evening. Thanks very much for some special memories. We stayed here in the first week of July for our first family holiday (me, my wife and 7 month old daughter). It is a small, clean and lovely property, with parking and a good sized swimming pool, that is situated in a beautiful part of the French Riviera which we loved exploring. As well as the more obvious places to visit like Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Monte Carlo and Antibes being so close by (only 20-25 minutes drive away), other places such as Saint Paul de Vence and Villefranche are well worth a visit and are also close to the property. As for amenities, there is a supermarket and petrol station only five minutes away and there is also a shopping centre with a wide range of shops at the Polygone Riviera complex that is useful to have so close by. Mado and Guy are both lovely people and are more than willing to offer assistance and local insight of the area during your stay; plus the homemade Limoncello is great! I highly recommend staying here for a fantastic family holiday and we will certainly be hoping to go back in the future.

We have just returned after 5 days at this property just outside St. Paul de Vence. The owners, Guy and Mado, who live adjacent to the property could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. As soon as we arrived they took us for a tour around the area showing us the best restaurants, bakeries etc and Guy was very generous with the Ricard if we happened to be there at midday! Guy doesn't speak English, Mado's English is limited and our French was rusty but we managed very well. The house itself is small but beautifully maintained. It was perfect for the two of us. I'd highly recommend this property and St. Paul de Vence which is just stunning with great views and lovely restaurants. Anne-Marie & David, Ireland
