It was a very good experience, quiet, peaceful. Absolutely one of the best accommodations to rest.

It was a small island in the chaotic world. Peace and quiet, we could have spent several days here but we had to move on. I can't highlight anything because it had everything you could need. It was also clean, which was refreshing and refreshing after the many negative experiences in Italy. I can highly recommend this accommodation, it's completely fine.

I can mention two things, one is the lack of English, all instructions were sent in French, where to find what. But they sent us all the details we needed to know to book the accommodation. The other thing that was very strange to us was the mattress on the bed, as if it had been bagged, to protect the mattress in case someone wets the bed. We have never encountered anything like this anywhere, the bed rattles under you as you move on it, but I think we were so tired that we fell asleep on it anyway.

Detailed check-in instructions, private parking, nice terrace, well-equipped kitchen. There were no ants and no smell of mold.

They could have made more of an effort to clean the cobwebs, vacuum the dust behind the bedside tables a little more, replace the interior blinds (rolled up). It's also a little strange that the owners live on the floor above, but you can't see them.

The apartment has everything you need to stay both for a day and for a long time. Very convenient location if you don't want to be stuck in traffic jams in Nice.

Late arrival after our flight was delayed and the sofa bed was all made up for the kids so we could simply slide into bed. Beautifully appointed accommodation and we are only sorry we did not have more time to enjoy it!

Great, modern apartment in a green neighbourhood

Modern, fairly new apartment, decorated with a lot of taste. It was spacious and very bright. Kitchen had all amenities and it felt like “home away from home”. The location of the house was also great: in a calm, green neighbourhood, just 20min outside of Nice.

It should be noted that the apartment is situated directly below the terrace of the owners and of course in summer, life is going on outside all day long… so privacy is a bit limited

Manque de propreté

Nous n'avons pas vu les propriétaires mais ils nous ont transmis des consignes simples, nous avons trouvé facilement le logement et les clès. L'appartement comporte le nécessaire pour un court séjour, il est calme, la décoration est moderne

Le logement est éloigné du centre, il faut absolument une voiture. Et il y a des efforts à faire sur la propreté : moutons sous le lit, tâche suspecte sur le drap du lit d'appoint. L'aspirateur n'a pas été passé avant notre arrivée

Wiele podróżujemy, ale w czymś takim to jeszcze nie spaliśmy! Na dzień dobry dostaliśmy od właścicielki smsa, że możemy przyjechać o godzinie 16:00 (na booking jest od 14:00), a buty mamy zostawić przed drzwiami na dworze. Zapach wilgoci w mieszkaniu jest nie do wytrzymania, wszędzie porozstawiane są pochłaniacze wilgoci i środki na mrówki. Zamalowany grzyb na ścianach. Mieszkanie jest tak brudne, że nie da się tego opisać. Kanalizacja zapchana, wszystko bulgocze. Zarwane podwójne łóżko i bardzo niewygodny materac, a na deser plamy krwi na pościeli, które właścicielka sprytnie ukryła. Wstyd pani właścicielko!!! Takiej nory się ludziom nie wynajmuje!!! Odradzam każdemu, kto się zastanawia nad wynajmem, bo szkoda płuc.

Un choix bienvenu pour une visite du secteur, dans un coin protégé.

L'hébergement a été choisi pour sa proximité avec le site de Saint Paul de Vence. Le village (et la fondation Maeght) est très rapidement accessible depuis la maison. Et si l'on lève un peu les yeux, on voit St Paul sur sa butte.

Bien dans l 'ensemble, literie très correcte, petite terrasse agréable , équipements correct. Propre , calme et conforme aux attentes par rapport à la description.

Un gros point noir le mitigeur de la douche impossible à régler, ( eau trop chaude ). Le robinet de la cuisine ne tient pas bien.

Bonne surprise

Bonne communication et logement très complet pour le prix doux. Petit appartement tout équipé y compris avec des produits de première nécessité ce qui est très agréable pour un court séjour, on se sent bien accueilli. Jolie déco et espace extérieur. Place de parking assurée.

Les fourmis mais on est à la campagne. Et le lit un peu court pour quelqu'un de grand ( sommier avec lattes manquantes).

J’ai aimé le calme. Elle est très bien décoré et très propre. La petite maison est parfaite pour 1 max 2 personnes. Bien équipé pour être autonome. Proche de beaucoup de commerce. La propriétaire est très sympa.

Soggiorno tranquillo in un quartiere residenziale

L’alloggio é ricavato in una piccola struttura accanto alla casa dei proprietari e ha un parcheggio di pertinenza. É silenzioso, accessoriato e abbastanza pulito

La posizione è molto defilata, vi si accede da un cortile privato. Purtroppo il divano letto (che noi essendo in 3 abbiamo utilizzato) è piuttosto scomodo
