We had a nice stay at this perfect apartment to enjoy our holiday at Trier

The location is near to the centre of the old town. It is only a 5-minute walk. The apartment locats at a quiet and safe place. It is a residential building. You are surrounded by the local residents, and the neighbours are nice. The apartment area is large with a perfect balcony where you can relax to eat your breakfast and feel the silence surrounding. All f;urniture, large TV, kitchen equipment are new and modern. The kitchen area is big, and good for meal preparation. The toilet is clean, large and bright. The bedroom is comparatively small, but the bed is comfortable. I think it is not a problem as most of our time stayed at the large sofa of the living and dinning room. This apartment also provides washing machine to use. Although it is outside the apartment, and located at the underground floor, it is not a problem to us. We did reallly have a nice stay to enjoy our holiday at this apartment. The host is also very helpful to provide any convenience for our early check-in. We recommend this apartment if you plan to visit Trier.

The host gave very clear and detail instruction on how to check in the apartment. Especially for car driver who needs parking, it is a perfect place to stay. But it was a little bit complicated to look for the way to get in the building for the first time to come. After that, you will find another easy and fast track to get in the building. In addition, as the apartment is facing West, it will be a little bit hot after sunset during summer time. Therefore the host also reminded us to close the curtain during the day time when we are out for visit.

Roomy, well appointed, close to center, quiet.

The living room / kitchen is large, as is the balcony. Sunny in the afternoon. Location close to the town center. Flat set back and very quiet, despite proximity to town. The apartment was very clean.

Gute Lage, Verbesserungspotential.

Gute Lage nahe dem Zentrum. Sehr geräumig. Grosse Küche. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist sehr praktisch.

Es gibt eine Nespresso-Maschine aber keine Espresso-Tassen, überhaupt keine normalen Tassen, nur „Jumbo-Tassen“. Das Haus ist zur Zeit eine schmutzige Baustelle, leider wurde man darüber nicht informiert. Der Lift ist defekt und rumpelt. Einzige Massnahme: ein Schild mit dem Text: „nicht erschrecken…bis jetzt ist noch nichts passiert“ (siehe Foto). Wo sind wir eigentlich hier? Sowas geht einfach gar nicht. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Aber warum nur gibt es billigste Kopfkissen, gefüllt mit Schaumstoffbällchen?

Eigentlich alles! Tiefgarage stand nicht zur Verfügung wg. Bauarbeiten, sofortiges Angebot der Gastgeberin zur Vergütung (letztlich von mir nicht angenommen)

Eigentlich nichts ... nur eben den vorgenannten fehlenden Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz habe ich doch sehr gemisst (Parken an der Straße in dieser super Stadt-Lage kannst du vergessen & Parkhaus ist halt immer Gelaufe + teuer)

Topappartement met een tophost

Allereerst de vooraf verstrekte informatie over de wijze waarop men het appartementencomplex kon binnenkomen was zeer informatief. Zelfs met toegestuurde foto's. De parkeerplaats in de garage was super en veilig. Het appartement ligt tegen het oude centrum aan. Alles is op loopafstand. De inrichting was perfect. Alles was met grote persoonlijke aandacht ingericht. De faciliteiten waren zeer compleet. Zoiets kom je niet vaak tegen in appartementen. Zelfs koffie, thee, kruiden, olie, folie etc waren in de kasten aanwezig. Het bed, boxspring, was comfortabel en groot. De badkamer was ruim en de douche was ook voorzien van een regensproeier. Het grote terras was voorzien van een comfortabele hoekbank, twee tuinstoelen en een ontbijthoek. Ook een parasol ontbrak niet. Uitzicht op een binnenplaats. De omgeving was voor stadsbegrippen rustig. Het tegenover gelegen gebouw was een zorgcentrum met oudere mensen. Het gehele gebouw was zeer goed onderhouden en vrij nieuw. Het contact met de host, Carolin, was perfect. We konden zelfs een uur eerder in het appartement. Door het goede contact en de fijne inrichting voelden wij ons zeer thuis, hetgeen bijdroeg aan een heerlijk verblijf in Trier. Wij maken al jaren gebruik van appartementen door heel Europa maar zo compleet als dit appartement zijn we niet eerder tegengekomen. Een echte topper! Hartelijk dank Carolin!

Prachtige accommodatie in hartje Trier!

De accommodatie en de ligging in het centrum van Trier zijn werkelijk prachtig. Het appartement is zeer ruim, heeft een mooi groot balkon, een parkeergarage en zelfs een schuurtje voor de fietsen. De locatie is perfect – op loopafstand van de winkels en bezienswaardigheden. Pas bij vertrek merkten we dat het appartement niet overal even schoon was. We hebben dit aangegeven bij de verhuurster en zij reageerde direct. Ze nam meteen actie en stuurde ons diezelfde middag nog een foto van het schoongemaakte appartement. Dat vonden wij erg prettig en getuigt van goede service. Al met al is dit appartement absoluut een aanrader voor wie Trier wil ontdekken in comfort en op een toplocatie.

Het had wat schoner gekund maar ik vertrouw erop dat dat helemaal goed gaat komen voor toekomstige bezoekers.

Schönes verlängertes Wochenende

Die Wohnung war wunderbar groß. Wir waren auch sehr zufrieden mit dem Tiefgaragenplatz . Die Lage ist sehr gut, da sehr zentral gelegen. Trotzdem ist es ruhig, da sie nicht direkt an der Straße liegt.

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein.

Zentrale Lage und trotzdem schön ruhig...

Super schöne Wohnung mit großem Balkon in zentraler Lage. Modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, was ja nicht immer der Fall ist !!! Der Fahrstuhl direkt vom dazugehörigen Parkplatz war auch sehr praktisch. Alles war fußläufig bequem zu erreichen, z.B. das Moselufer Zurlauben, die Trierer Altstadt, die Kaiserthermen... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch Dank der Herzlichkeit der Vermieterin :-)... Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielleicht mal zum Weihnachtsmarkt, der soll in Trier nämlich auch sehr schön sein !!!

Gehobene Ausstattung in perfekter Lage

Das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten und die Lage zur Altstadt genial. Gehobene Ausstattung. Auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war groß und einfach nur Top! Die Vermieterin ist hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Einzig die Bettdecke passt so gar nicht in die erstklassige Ausstattung des Apartments. Schwitzen ist unvermeidbar. Wir haben sie dann weggelassen und einfach ohne Bettdecke gut geschlafen

Mooi appartement nabij centrum Trier

Erg goed appartement, schoon, goede ligging ten opzichte van het centrum. Alle faciliteiten zijn prima en fijne dat er een parkeerplaats bij is.

Lang weekend weg

De locatie was perfect. 5 Minuten lopen naar het centrum. Parkeren in de garage en in de zomer kun je ook je fietsen daar stallen. Heel fijn dat het appartement een balkon had.

Helemaal niks. Misschien alleen handig om een kleine gebruiksaanwijzing achter te laten voor bv gebruik van de verwarming en hoe de remote werkt van de tv. Voor niet Duitsers die hier verblijven. We kwamen er zelf achter maar vonden het vervelend om de host hiervoor lastig te vallen. Al vond ze dat niet erg.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft!

Die Lage des Lofts war hervorragend. Alle unsere Besichtigungsziele waren nur zwischen 10 und 20 Minuten Gehweh entfernt. Ebenso wunderbar war die eigene Tiefgarage, die einen den Stress für die Suche eines teuren Parkplatzes erspart hat. Das Loft war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber.

Wir haben bis zuletzt nicht herauszufinden können wie man die Heizung reguliert, es war immer sehr warm. Das ist allerdings jammern auf hohem Niveau ;)

Das Apartment und der Balkon waren sehr groß und nahe dem Centrum. Das Auto hatte einen guten Abstellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Preisleistung sehr gut

Topper waren durchgehend und sehr weich. Beim umdrehen wurde meine Frau Wach. Badezimmer sehr schön Groß und Modern. Allerdings fehlte ein Schminkspiegel, Hocker, Ablagen in der Dusche sowie Kleiderhaken. Küche Super mit Pads und Kapsel Maschine. Fehlt eine Möglichkeit einen normalen Filterkaffe zu machen. Balkon schön und Groß mit eine Sitzgruppe und einem sehr tiefen Tisch und einen zusätzlichen kleinen Tisch an dem kein Frühstück oder Abendessen möglich war.

Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl 😊. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilft sofort bei Fragen.
