Welcome to Palazzo 1408, a beautiful Gulf-front condo located in Panama City Beach! Situated between 30A and Pier Park, it’s the ideal location for your next beach getaway. This upscale property offers a community pool, hot tub, fitness center, onsite ice machine, and snack machines for your enjoyment. This incredible getaway is just steps from the beach offering a private access so you can play all day along the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, then enjoy a cool drink poolside come afternoon!
Palazzo 1408 is a delightful and updated condo with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. You’ll have no problem settling into the beach life as you sink into cozy furnishings in the sunlit living room with plenty of space for your family. Whether relaxing on the sofa, loveseat, or one of several comfortable chairs, you’ll find the perfect spot to watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or simply take in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is the heart of the condo, with all the utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The views are just as incredible from the dining room table with room for six, and a breakfast bar offers additional seating for four. Step outside on the private wraparound balcony and enjoy the views, or curl up with a good book while listening to the sound of the waves with a delightful breeze on your face. The master suite features a king-sized bed, large walk in closet, en suite bathroom with a garden tub, stand up shower, and 2 separate vanities for plenty of space to get ready for an unforgettable beach day, a family outing, or a night out on the town. Guest suites are just as accommodating, cozy, and beautifully decorated with another king size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-sized bed in the third bedroom with access to another private balcony and west facing views for incredible and colorful sunsets. Parking is available in the on-site garage for $40 per vehicle. Please park in any unmarked space.
Maximum garage clearance is 6'10". SUVs, vans, minivans, or vehicles with rooftop carriers may not fit. If your vehicle is too tall, the gate will flash yellow and will not open. Oversized vehicles must park in the lot across the street.
Boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis are not permitted.
-Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay.
-Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property.

Absolutely amazing. This condo is huge with floor to ceiling windows and a large wrap around balcony that really show off the sunsets. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well furnished. We have stayed at Palazzo several times and this unit is our favorite. A couple small negatives were the freezer is missing shelves and there is no beach equipment in the room. Will definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

This is an amazing condo. It has unbelievable views from the multiple very large windows. The wrap around balcony is very nice. The sunsets are stunning from this unit. This thing is huge, more than enough room for our 6 adults and a baby. Everything was comfortable and worked as it should. There is plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. This is our favorite condo at Palazzo, we've tried several. The only 2 knocks against it was the freezer had multiple shelves missing. And there was no beach equipment. These were not much of an issue, still giving it 5 stars.

This condo is perfect and so spacious. We will book here again. The Palazzo is great resort too. Saltwater, heated, Gulf front pool. Condo kitchen is well stocked. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is great too! The views from inside and on the balconies are absolutely stunning. Our favorite condo in PCB so far and we’ve been vacationing in the area for a decade.

The only thing we wish we had was a ramp option to the beach for our wagons. We had to carry the wagon up and down stairs.
