The Space:
Nothing but sun, sand, and surf at Palazzo 1708, a magnificent Gulf-front condo in Panama City Beach! Vacation in style with a community pool, the beach right outside your door, and fantastic shopping and dining nearby. This may be your first trip to the Emerald Coast, but it won’t be your last!
Palazzo 1708 is a gorgeous corner condo with three bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to eight. Stunning interiors and beautiful furnishings welcome you for days of leisure. Living and dining areas are spacious and bright, while bedrooms and bathrooms encourage rest and relaxation. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and you’ll find plenty of areas to take it all in. Unwind in the living room on the cozy sofa and chairs, or gather around the dining room table for a board game. Snack on appetizers at the breakfast bar with seating for four while the chef of the group whips up tasty treats for everyone to enjoy. Lounge on the expansive private balcony accessible from multiple rooms, all affording beautiful views for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Generous, comfortable bedrooms are welcome after long days exploring, each equipped with flat-screen TVs. Settle into the master suite with a king-sized bed and a large in suite bathroom where you can relax and soak in the jacuzzi tub after a long day of fun in the sun. Parking is available in the on-site garage for $40 per vehicle. Please park in any unmarked space.
Maximum garage clearance is 6'10". SUVs, vans, minivans, or vehicles with rooftop carriers may not fit. If your vehicle is too tall, the gate will flash yellow and will not open. Oversized vehicles must park in the lot across the street.
Boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis are not permitted.
-Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay.
-Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property.
Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

The condo was immaculate, very inviting and cozy, and had the best view!! Got to see dolphins swim by everyday, and a manta ray! It was so convenient to be able to just take the elevator down to the beach, and it’s only a short distance from all of the things to do downtown. The beach wasn’t too crowded and the water was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my three boys for vacation! If you’re on the fence I highly recommend staying here!!

We could not have enjoyed our recent stay more. The condo was beautiful and comfortable and the location excellent. Loved how easy it was to check in and check out. Also really appreciated how quickly staff responded to questions. Definitely hope to stay here again!

Love staying at the Palazzo but 1708 fell short.
Not enough wash cloths. Had to request extra.
Guest bath only had one light bulb out of three working. One over the vanity and bulb over the shower burned out.
Toilet in the master bedroom needs repair. Only one lightbulb working in the master closet.
The guest bedroom on the west side gets extremely hot during the day regardless of how cool you set the a/c temp.
There is not a remote for the tv in the master bedroom. In the kitchen there were only four forks. There are not enough pots or a frying pan for cooking. We had to go buy a frying pan.
I would have loved to give 5 stars but sorry, not this time.
