Private balcony top off of Master room with a Beautiful Ocean Front view with Tropical palm trees , you can sit and watch the sunrise or sunset from Bed or the balcony .. Downstairs the Huge porch and A few steps down to the Sea Oats and Beach!!

Beautiful place, great location. November in PCB was excellent. Great weather and little crowds. Beautiful beach all to ourselves. Very comfortable bed. Sonya was great to work with and access way very easy. Highly recommended.

The best part of this property is that it’s right in front of the beach. The location is perfect and amazing. My only two cents for improvement is cleanliness and courtesy. The owners are nice but the house had 3 trash bags, no bath soaps, and the house was extremely dusty. The property is in such a prime location, a little bit of upkeep can add a lot of value to the customers.
