A no nonsense review for the fellow dads out there. Fully stocked! Decent water pressure, great beds (bring your own pillow if you like a firm pillow). Gas grill, everything you need in the kitchen to cook a feast. Check the kitchen before going to the store. Thereās a good chance they have what you need. We contributed to the pile what we didnāt use. Bring some string lights for the back deck (there is a 120volt outlet) we tied ours up with 550 cord. There is a hose on the back deck which was clutch for spraying down our beach gear and rinsing off the porch. AC is very capable of getting the upstairs master bedroom cool for bed time just make sure the thermostat isnāt on a schedule. Big TVās! The awning didnāt work for us but we really didnāt need it. Besides, the only reason youāre even looking at this review right now is the location and this back deck and trust me it lives up to all the hype. We especially enjoyed the words of encouragement all throughout the house. My only warning is there was a smell. Iām guessing the house is on sewer system and just a victim of circumstance but it did seem to be all up and down the strip for the week we was there. Nothing anyone can do about that. Also the range lights need replaced. If you are familiar with this area the Win Dixie is closed down. We went further down to Walmart. The hosts where very informative and helpful throughout. Book it - youāll be glad you did.

The best part of this property is that itās right in front of the beach. The location is perfect and amazing. My only two cents for improvement is cleanliness and courtesy. The owners are nice but the house had 3 trash bags, no bath soaps, and the house was extremely dusty. The property is in such a prime location, a little bit of upkeep can add a lot of value to the customers.
