Palazzo 903 is a stunning 9th-floor condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to eight. Experience a coastal vacation like no other in this gorgeous condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Beautifully furnished and fully appointed, cozy interiors are just the beginning in this spacious condo. Filled with plenty of comfortable seating, including a couch, loveseat, and chair, a large flat-screen TV encourages movie night when you’re not taking in balmy breezes on the private balcony. Preparing delicious meals for the whole crew is easy in the spacious kitchen, loaded with everything you might need. When you’re ready to settle in for the night, the master suite is a welcome retreat, featuring a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony. Unwind in the garden tub, enjoy a glass of wine, and drift off into peaceful slumber, while guests take refuge in the guest suite with a queen-sized bed. The kids will have a ball sleeping on bunk beds, while a sleeper sofa in the living room provides room for two more. A full-sized washer and dryer is a lovely convenience for quick cleanups during your stay.
Soak in the hot tub, cool off in the pool, and get lost in a good book. Head over to the beach for a stroll, while the kids let their imaginations go wild building sandcastles and flying kites as the sun sets over the horizon. Parking is available in the on-site garage for $40 per vehicle. Please park in any unmarked space.
Maximum garage clearance is 6'10". SUVs, vans, minivans, or vehicles with rooftop carriers may not fit. If your vehicle is too tall, the gate will flash yellow and will not open. Oversized vehicles must park in the lot across the street.
Boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis are not permitted.
-Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay.
-Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property.
Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

The presentation is great. We loved the decor, location, and especially the balcony. It looked clean, but we soon realized some major things were overlooked. We were disgusted that the floor turned our feet black and that the sheets on the master bed had dirty marks on them.
