Nocnoc - L'Oli 102m2 avec patio et jacuzzi

The location was excellent for exploring Bordeaux. The apartment had been well modernised and was spacious with plenty of room for us.

Soundproofing was not adequate for noisy neighbours. The welcome was not warm. Some liquid soap containers were virtually empty, barely enough toilet paper, no bin bags, kettle tucked away in a cupboard so we couldn't find it till the morning after we arrived. Crockery was the bare minimum. As someone else said, the request for €1500 damage deposit came very late. This should be clearly stated up front on the Booking.com site. We arrived very late and tired and in the dark. We thought the entry code was via the keysafe to the left of the door but that was wrong. Luckily neighbours let us in. The keysafe to the flat worked. Network problems on the phone meant we couldn't contact Nocnoc until the next morning. Staff clarified that there was a digicode to the right of the door and that solved that. More printed information inside the apartment would have been useful. Information was all given by phone link and entry information was given very late, I suppose so that we did not avoid a €50 pre-5pm entry fee.

Nos costó mucho hacer el checkin. Primero nos pedian un ingreso de 1500 Euros. el cual no podíamos hacer. Después de llamar por teléfono aún nos costó. Perdimos más de 1 hora. Al entrar y mirar el apartamento resulta que una habitación estaba sin hacer con las sábanas revueltas. Lamento hacer éstos comentários pero es lo que nos pasó. Por lo demás bien.
