Nocnoc - Le Balcon de l'Oli 99m2

L’appartamento è bello, luminoso e ben arredato.

Non mi è piaciuta la posizione, il quartiere non è esattamente centrale e la sera la zona non è ben frequentata ( ce lo hanno fatto presente persino i due autisti che ci hanno accompagnato). Ci sono tre bagni ma solo due vasi e per dieci persone può essere davvero poco. Qualche manutenzione è necessaria

Location: central, close to Place de la Victoire bus and tram stops. Facilities: AC in living space and each bedroom. 2 toilets, 3 showers. Would be difficult with a larger number of people staying but was ok for us. Amenities: supermarket, pharmacy and patisserie across the street. Check out was 11am which is ok.

Adequate towels supplied but not large/adult sized. Hair and body soap provided, however all were almost empty and not sufficient for our stay.

The hosts sent a list of local recommendations (much appreciated). Nomad was fantastic for lunch. Easy to walk to everything and we were able to drop our bags in the lobby until the accommodation was ready. Trams also very close - easy access from the airport and well priced at under €2.

The air conditioning unit didn't seem to work properly. We sent a message to asking for help (and the hosts sent an e-mail with instructions), then followed directions, but cool air didn't come out. Maybe we were doing it wrong?

Good location very central. It had the bed spaces we were looking for. Beds were comfortable .. pillows not so much.

Communication with the company was poor had asked 3 times if we could drop off our bags as we arrived early into Bordeaux never got an actual yes just received a generic information message on the day of arrival. Be warned this company take the complete cost at the time of booking this is the first time I have encountered this with booking.com. Also deposit is €1,000 received it back 1 week later. On the apartment a few things unpleasant smell on the communal hall/stairs at times. The toilet’s ( separate to showers) have no hook or rail to hang a towel this is a basic hygiene matter. Sofa was stained and quite a few of the wine glasses were plastic.
