Muy buena ubicación. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado que en verano en Burdeos es un plus. Tienes dos plazas de garaje en un parking que está junto el apartamento.
- Hay una panadería en la planta baja. Si duermes en la habitación de abajo o si te despiertas con facilidad el ruido que hacer de madrugada puede ser un problema. - La calle es de acceso restringido para coches. Por lo tanto llegar en coche para recoger las llaves y tarjeta de parking es un problema. Hay que aparcar en doble fila en otra calle. Igual se podría explicar algo mejor.
