Posizione ottima Molto confortevole e ben attrezzato

The location was great in the sense that it was very close to everything. The apt was clean and very practical since all the rooms had a bathroom and it was a nice looking apt. Madeleine was very nice and attentive.

The location was nos great in the sense that the apt. is right on a very busy street so it was quite noisy, and since due to the heat we needed the windows open, we had a hard time with the noise. The tram passes right enfront of the apt. and some of the bathrooms smelled.

Appartamento facilmente raggiungibile e in una buona posizione, casa pulita e accogliente, e ottima comunicazione con la proprietà che si è sempre dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile.

L’assenza di aria condizionata è sicuramente un problema con questo caldo, anche se ci sono ventilatori in tutte le stanze. In un bagno c’era un forte odore di fogna, ma sembrava un problema della città e non di una mancata pulizia. Ci saremmo aspettati di trovare dell’acqua minerale chiusa in fresco, mentre c’erano solo delle bottiglie con acqua del rubinetto. Così come non c’era neanche un po’ caffè o altro. Inoltre il deposito cauzionale richiesto è molto alto e il giorno del check out ci è stato richiesto di gettare tutta la spazzatura (2 piani di scale a piedi con i bagagli), nonostante fossero previste le pulizie il giorno stesso.

This property is ideal for larger groups or families. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and resolved our queries very quickly. They kindly delivered some pastries after we asked for extra soap. The location is very good, near the centre of Bordeaux and very close to shops and the trams.

A couple of bits were a little tired. The front door could do with a clean or paint. The shutters did not shut properly and some plumbing needed a tweak. It was very hot but to be fair not many properties in Bordeaux have AC.
