Charming family townhouse in Bordeaux, suitable for 8 people. Relax on the sunny terrace, take a dip in the heated pool (during season) and enjoy 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom—perfect for combining shared family or friend time with personal privacy.
Downtown Bordeaux is just a short tram or bike ride away.
Bassin d'Arcachon, Cap Ferret, Saint Emilion are within 30 to 60 minutes car rides.
Our cat, Malabar, prefers to stay at home during holidays, so he will live independently while you enjoy your stay.
Townhouse located in Bordeaux, close to amenities and transport. The 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, offer a privacy appreciated during a stay with family or friends. Its location allows you to discover of course Bordeaux, city of History and Gastronomy, but also its region (Cap Ferret, Bassin d'Arcachon, as well as the wine regions such as Saint Emilion, the Médoc, the Entre deux Mers etc...) The city swimming pool (3x3m) (heated in season) will allow you to relax and refresh yourself. For the more sporty, we leave available, in addition to a few pool games, a "swimming elastic" allowing you to do your breaststroke lengths by doing "on the spot" with the sole force of your own resistance. We leave a table football, board games. Bath and pool towels are provided. Sheets too. A workspace and wifi access are also provided. Our cat, Malabar, stays at home while we are away. It is independent and you will not need to take care of it. Free parking is available 150 meters from the house (on Boulevard Pierre 1er), paid parking is available on the street of the house. (It is free from 19:00 to 9:00, and on Sundays)
