The views were amazing and was styled nicely
The layout was strange. Not a big fan having the bathroom downstairs. I would've flipped the plan and had the kitchen facing the views. How nice would it be looking at the view while cooking, not the road.

The property was modern.
The layout was terrible. Two bedrooms upstairs yet main bathroom & shower is downstairs. The upstairs bathroom is 1x1.5m in size this is ridiculous given the size of the land.
