เจ้าของแจ้งข้อมูลไม่ครบ มีกฎระบุไว้ในแฟ้มวางในบ้าน แต่ไม่แจ้งในเงื่อนไขการจองของ booking ว่าเราต้องอ่าน อ่านไปเฉพาะเงื่อนไขตาม booking ไม่เห็นมีแจ้งว่าเข้าพักแล้วต้องทำความสะอาดก่อน check out ทำให้รู้สึกว่าทริปไม่สะดวก มีแจ้งเก็บค่าบริการเพิ่มภายหลัง รู้สึกไม่แฟร์ เงินก็จ่าย แต่ถูกต่อว่าทั้งๆ ที่ที่พักให้ข้อมูลไม่ครบ
