Everything is new and it's well furnished and decorated. Great view of the ocean.
Lovely Kitchen but it isn't well appointed making it difficult to cook. Shower doesn't have a shelf for toiletries. I had to make one of the beds upon arrival.

The property is pretty much new, including all the furniture. The facilities in the kitchen were great.
Very small point, we had a little bit of difficulty finding the property with the instructions.
