The house is a beautiful beach house. Everything you could want is there, whether you stay for a couple of days or a month. A couple of days wasn’t long enough I can assure you. Emily was easy to deal with as far as entry to the house and anything we needed. Simply communicating with messages - no fuss. We walked down to the beach on dusk to try to see the penguins but it was the wrong season so no luck. Furniture and appliances in the house are great, size is great, being able to do washing while we were there was great, lovely verandahs to soak up the sun and sea air. A short drive into town. Highly recommended.
I didn’t like that we had to leave - could have moved in and stayed forever.

Bathroom door is on a slider and sticks all the time. One of us was constantly getting locked in there necessitating the other to rescue them! Not an issue for 2 adults but may be an issue for families with kids.

The hostess was so accommodating, providing us with a coffee maker when asked, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfy and the toiletries were lovely. We had everything we needed. Well equipped. It was a short walk to the beach.
It didn’t have a clothes line. However that was a minor thing. It did have a clothes dryer if you have clothes that can be dried in one.

Very clean, nice view of the sea, great location- short walk to the beach and close to town and the departure point for the Penguins night tour, washer and dryer, good communication with the host, Emily
