absolutely not like the pictures, dirty, violent man one room away from us, rude staff, I use booking often and this was the most disgusting place I have ever been to. the violent man used the same frying pan with old oil he had fried his pork in, It was so disgusting that even the cleaners wouldn't wash it. It was also the only frying pan. This place is suitable for people with low standards.

Noisy and seen better days.

The bed sheets and towels were clean and smelled fresh.

Our room looked nothing like the pictures, so we were shocked and surprised when we entered our room for a two night stay. The whole place is very tired and in much need of some TLC, cleaning and repairs throughout. Broken door handles that come out the door in your hand, dirty and sweat stained pillows, broken headboards, scuff marks on the walls, holes in the wall, the whole place smelled like a scout hut. The walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear every move and bang from fellow guests. The road it sits on is relentless and is non-stop traffic noise 24/7. We were in a war of attrition for the first night of our stay over the heating. Someone kept cranking up the boiler in the kitchen to full which made our room extremely hot and unbearable. The thermostat on the radiator didn’t work, so I had to keep going into the kitchen to turn the boiler down that someone kept turning up to full. Thankfully that guest wasn’t there Saturday night so we didn’t have the same issue for the 2nd night of our stay and the boiler stayed at its lowest setting. The long and short of it is don’t stay here!

Great overnight stay, perfect location for walking to match

Great stay the room was warm & clean perfect fit our overnight stay. Location was great 10 minute walk to football stadium. Little shop right next door.

Rude and racist

The room wasn't as described and the lady from the bar downstairs at a certain moment when the smoke alarm was going on for some reason she came upstairs and didn't even ask or check any other room or anything she immediately came straight to my room and was telling me how someone is smoking in here while i literally was there for hours not smoking and even tho i told her that she insisted on going on which she found no smell of smoke and she stepped on my bed with her shoes to check the smoke alarm thats already turned off and isnt even working...

Value for money and comfortable!

I booked this property after my brother and his kids were stranded after the trains being cancelled and it was truly a life saver, it provided a nice warm and comfortable environment for them to relax in after 12 hours travelling from pillar to post

It seems that the property doesn’t provide toilet paper, which is fine because there is a shop right next door it’s just that it was inaccessible to us for personal circumstances

De ligging ten opzichte van het Anfield stadion en de nabijheid van het openbaar vervoer. Er was een keuken met een koelkast.

De bedden waren veel te kort, de ruimte was veel te krap, de kranen van de wastafel waren niet in te stellen en spoten alleen maar veel water, de temperatuur van het douchewater was niet goed in te stellen vanwege een defecte knop; je kon alleen kiezen uit koud, te lauw of te heet water, er was wel een hangkast, maar geen hangertjes, slechts bij 1 bed was een bedlamp, maar door breuken in het snoer deed de lamp het vaker niet dan wel, het slot van de buitendeur was moeilijk af te sluiten. De prijs voor deze accommodatie was veel te hoog voor het gebodene.

Buena ubicación pero muy sucio

La ubicación estaba bien, a 20 minutos del centro en autobús y al lado de muchas estaciones de bus

El piso estaba muy sucio. El suelo y los muebles tenían polvo y se nota que no lo limpian. El lavabo tenía pelos de que alguien se había afeitado y no quitarlo.

POR FAVOR NO VAYÁIS A ESE INFIERNO! Es una casa que tiene un pub ilegal dentro de la misma, no puedes descansar por qué tienen la música a tope y te retumba toda la habitación, otros inquilinos hicieron sonar la alarma estuvo soñando durante 30 minutos sin respuesta de nadie, llamamos a la policía y al ser una propiedad privada no podían pasar, es la peor experiencia de nuestras vidas, qué razón tenia Margaret Thatcher, Liverpool es el BASURERO DE INGLATERRA , y este alojamiento el cáncer de la ciudad
