The basement room with private bathroom was great. The bed exceptionally comfortable and we had a great stay. The bedding whilst not white was clean as was the bathroom. There are lots of facilities for guest use.
The parking was out on the street, outside the property, which could be difficult for guests, should other residents park there. We stayed two days and were able to park right outside on day one, but had to park across the road outside another property on day two. Which was not really an issue.

Simple but with all that one can need. Clean, easy to access. Residential area, so safe and quiet.

Room was good,comfy bed.
Did not allow use of stove ( removed dials for elements). Left very little soap to clean dishes. Shower was tight fit. But water pressure was good.
