Quite location, nice neighborhood. Clean home (especially the kitchen and livingroom).
Poor communication. The phone number I was given in email was wrong. If I didn't meet the young lady, a tenant in the basement, I don't know how I would have entered the house.

Poor Customer Support I requested to check-in an hour earlier which was approved on Booking.com profile but couldn't fulfill the approval, was forced to stay inside my car for an hour before the access code was activated for me to enter. When I tried to call the provided number, no response to calls and texts. I felt really depressed after a long travel.
