We just stay a night with good location near restaurants and grocery store, and with a reasonable price. The environment is clean and cozy. Even the public area has been decorated and maintained friendly by host.
Just the washroom ventilator is a little bit noisy , it will affect the experience for the residents who live near the room of the washroom .

Lieu accueillant et le confort des clients a été anticipé (chaussons d'accueil, règles écrites, etc ....).
J'ai apprécié la flexibilité de l'enregistrement autonome car mon vol avait du retard. L'hôte est resté en contact avec moi.
Le gel douche était sur la fin.

The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. The place is decent for the price, but it’s really just a place to sleep, shower, and get out.
The room I booked wasn’t available on the day, so the owner asked if I could be moved to a more expensive room at no extra cost (not a problem). I don’t think the room was better though. It had a weird smell, the carpet looked suspect, and the place was quite dim even with the lights on. There are a lot of signs with rules posted like asking guests to wash their dishes, but there are no dish drying racks. There was also no hand soap.
