Good location for my needs
I was told cleaners came daily, but the trash piled up in the kitchen and smelled bad. Microwave is old and "tired." Dearth of dishes and silverware. Signs everywhere telling guests to respect were off putting.

They upgraded me to the room with the private bath which was nice. The shower was deluxe! The mattress was super comfortable and I slept well. The place was quiet.
The bed sheet had some small burn hole which made me suspect the cleanliness of the bedding. The bathroom could have used a deep clean.
I wanted to use the kitchen but was reluctant because the faucet was falling apart and the microwave was missing a handle. They had glued a rope into it as a makeshift handle. On the good side, the fridge was clean and the kettle worked.
