Portet Hill Moraira by Solhabitat rentals

The house is spatious and well equipped, the pool is nice, it's only a 7 mins drive from the center and the views over the mountains is great with a beatiful sunset. The seating area outside is nice for a moment of relaxation. The pool is important as the few beaches, esp during summer time are overcrowded after 11am (if you go for a few hours early morning they are nice).

For a house at this price (paid +/- 3k during the summer) I expected a little bit more, but its in the details. For instance the owners lock away some small things in the kitchen including pepper and salt with ziptied cupboards. Feels unnecessary. There is no (access to a) washing machine. Some items show wear and tear of time like the headboard of one of the beds, the gas BBQ doesn't ignite electronically anymore, there was no parasol at the pool side. Had to remove a very big cocroach from the kitchen twice.
