Luxury Villa Catherina El Portet Moraira 500m to Sand Beach

Petit soucis avec la lampe de la piscine mais cela a été pris en compte immédiatement par Mathieu, le propriétaire qui a été très réactif,

A great location, a short walk to a lovely little beach and small shop for essentials, 25 min walk to Moraira along the sea-front with lots of restaurants. We loved the Pool area, and all the spacious outside area, the views across the valley are stunning. Villa is at the end of quiet street, was incredibly peaceful. The bathrooms may be a little dated - but we thought that gave it character, and most importantly it was clean - and bigger than it looks on photos. Air conditioning was a must in summer weather, and it worked great. Communications with the hosts was excellent- we were made to feel at home.

Sehr großes und schönes Anwesen mit einem tollen Aussenbereich, Pool und nah zum Strand. Sowohl die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter als auch bei der Schlüsselübergabe war top! Im Haus fehlt es an nichts und in der Küche ist auch alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Lage mit Blick über den Ort war auch mega schön und in einer ruhigen und doch "zentralen" Lage. Alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Hat an nichts gefehlt und würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!! Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.

Im Detail gibt es einige Sachen die zumindest während unseres Besuches nicht funktioniert haben (Jalousien, Lichtschalter usw), oder die in die Jahre gekommen sind und Aufbesserung vertragen könnten. Das ist wahrscheinlich bei so einem großen Anwesen normal und hat den Urlaub nicht getrübt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist wie gesagt sehr gut!

we loved our stay. The property is perfectly positioned near La Portet beach which was fantastic. Less than 10 minutes walk, which we did every morning. Also a great pool!
