The terrace is partially shaded with a "sail-shade" and there is also a large automatic awning which can cover the lounge seating area if required. The terrace also has a separate "kitchen" area with a sink, fridge and a tumble drier. There is also a large gas BBQ to cater for al fresco dining. Spectacular views of the bay can be had while enjoying a sundowner from your own private vantage point.The whole apartment has electric underfloor heating if required during winter months.There is private parking for one car and opposite the apartment is a well stocked delicatessen that can provide most of your grocery needs and which bakes fresh bread on a daily basis. It also has a well stocked liquor section if required.
