About this house rental
El Portet: Beautiful, comfortable villa "Ca Toni". 2.4 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet position, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (36 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach "El Portet" 800 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
5-room villa 180 m2. Tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 45 m2 with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed, bath/shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. We love this villa and stayed there last year too BUT this year was extremely hot compare to last 11 years ( this was 12th year of us coming to Moraira) ! Villa is beautiful spacious, too old-fashioned in many aspects..but the biggest problem is no Aircon and no wifi ..which in this price point is a huge disadvantage

La casa estupenda. El trato con la agencia de alquiler muy bueno. Tuvimos un problema con la piscina y trataron de resolverlo enseguida. Como no se pudo solucionar de forma rápida, tuvieron una deferencia con nosotros. Muy amables. Para volver

La casa está muy bien, pero nos decepcionó en dos cosas muy concretas. La primera es que no tenga aire acondicionado y tampoco mosquiteras. Es una casa situada en la montaña y nos entraban muchos insectos en especial, mosquitos y muchas arañas que estaban por toda la casa. Se nota que eso no lo limpiaban hacia tiempo ya que en todos los techos había telarañas. Y la TV no tiene canales españoles solo alemanes. No pudimos ver la tele ni un solo día.

Très belle villa, bien entretenue, très agréable à vivre, il manque juste un aspirateur. Attention pour les familles avec de petits enfants les 2 chambres sont séparées de la maison principale. La piscine est superbe et bien entretenue. L'équipe Interhome de Moraira est fantastique, professionnelle et se met en 4 pour simplifier vos vacances, merci beaucoup
