It was a nice place. It was up on the hill near the castle so walking up there was steep at times. It worked fine for us but some people may find it difficult. It felt very authentic Portugal. The place was clean. Has an “inside” patio which was fun for a glass of wine at night.
The beds were kind of soft. Warning to bring coffee pods because we were given 4 and then at a loss where to find more. There is a supermarket not too far away.

Wonderful house nestled in a quiet street near the castle. As it is a pedestrianised area it is very quiet. The house has very comfortable beds and great shower. Gr8 location for local bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the castle to catch a bus or further down the hill to catch a tram.
Nothing really to add. Extra tea and coffee would have been a bonus

Nice location, lot’s of space, very clean.
It’s noisy in the apartment. You hear everything what is happening inside or outside. But was for us no such problem for the short stay
