The location was spectacular. Right next to the castle, peacocks everywhere, lots of cute little shops and food vendors. It was quiet at night except for the peacocks and the weather was great. At night you can open the windows and it was cool enough to need thick comforters. During the day it was warmer. This was in June. There was plenty of room for 5 and it was clean enough that we went shoeless in the house ( we are a no shoes family) and our socks were not black afterwards.
There are three steep flights up to the flat. We are very fit so that was not a problem but it would not work well with a stroller or someone who is not fit. The bathroom is also very tiny. If you are a man that likes to stand to pee this could be a problem as the clearance from the toilet to the wall is tight. For us it worked out just fine but didnt want anyone to be surprised.

The location, the rooms, the cleanliness!
For an apartment with so many bedrooms the one tiny 2in1 toilette/bathroom (not fit for taller people) is a little too little...

It was right at the Castelo de Sao Jorge.
So in the evening was lovely and quite once all the tourist had left.
The apartment is tiny but well designed and well equipped.
With a washing machine and small kitchenette.
The bed was comfy and there was a balcony you can hang you clothes.
Was a bit small and the stairs are steep and narrow. They make this quite clear in the ad

On your pre booking page, there was never a mention that you have to carry your luggage up to flight of stairs. Never was there a mention also, that Uber cannot enter location only taxi. We have to walk up hill on cobble road to get to our apartment- Lord have mercy, we almost didn’t make it, we are 70 year old couple
